2 hours later. It is ina flat pack and very easy to assemble. Size L 40cm x D 28cm x H106cm colour I purchased was white and it also comes in black and beige. It has 3 shelves. Weight capacity per shelf is 15kg. You can adjust the shelves to any height required. Great purchase at $69.00

said it was a dream come true. It was very easy ti assemble. We read past reviews so were careful when assembling to avoid scratching the paint. We added curtains and fairy lights for effect. Could have assembled alone but because I'm short, I needed help putting the flourish on the top. The quality is to be expected for the price of the bed, I wouldn't let my kids bounce on it, that's for sure, but it held an adult and two kids for story time without a problem.

chaise section failed. Back section was coming away and was unable to be sat in. After numerous back and forth emails and ongoing need to keep proving our purchase, they agreed to replace the chaise with the “new and improved recliner section”.

2. Went well for 6 months then began to deteriorate. Padding disappeared completely in the recliner seat. Timber bar of recliner broke in half. Lounge clips would not stay joined together and it kept separating from each other. Requested replacement under warranty, received nothing but grief from the Sales Reps and Managment. They finally agreed to a replacement recliner section only. Mind you, that’s all we were asking for.

3. After finally agreeing to replace the faulty part, it arrived a different shade of colour and material pattern from the rest. More phone calls and emails showing the complete difference in colour and material. It stood out like it was off a different modular altogether. We finally had the whole couch replaced to match in together. This is while the sales people were acting as though they were paying for the replacement out of their own pocket, making us feel like we had somehow inconvenienced them.

4. Within another 6 months, the same troubles began. Padding disappearing, springs began coming through, recliner timber bent and feel like it’s about to snap. The clips that hold the couch together just refuse to stay connected. Everytime we sit on it, we need to rejoin the clips. It has come apart and fallen back into our walls, damaging them quite badly. We’ve just now moved the couch to do some cleaning and have found it had left massive black grease marks where the rails sit, all over our white carpet.

Rang the store to ask what our options are, only to be completely dismissed and told to send an email. Of course. Who wants to be helpful on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm I guess. Silly us for thinking we would get some assistance or guidance on what exactly to do.

Here we go again. Another waste of my time and effort conte ting this store for remediation on a very expensive couch.

Please save your money and time and DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. We have had nothing but trouble with it. It’s a shame as when it’s together and brand new, it looks very nice. It fails so fast and then it’s a massive battle to try and get anyone to help under what are very clear warranty terms and conditions.

The joining brackets do not fit the base with the glass backing. The product is difficult to put together as the parts are not correctly aligned and designed to go together. Do not recommend, a very puny product for a expensive price.

Very poor quality – Absolutely terrible quality, when it was moved during assembly the holes tore apart and the inserts ripped out. Don’t waste your money. Now I’m stuck with a pile of pieces that can not be assembled.

them. But this product, purchased yesterday, is rubbish. The woodgrain finish is paper thin. The back board is super flimsy and was cut crooked, it would not sit in the grooves. And the first time it was standing upright with no back on it, the unit fell apart. The metal screws ripped out of and destroyed their allocated holes. The pieces of dowel were stronger. Very disappointed.

This is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat on. The supposed massager pokes into the small of your back but is nothing more than a loud vibration protrusion. Fantastic Furniture has offered to refund, minus delivery fee, of course.

only being 31cm off the floor you get the yoga inspired comfortability of sitting on with your knees pulled up near your chest. You won’t ever have to worry about binging a Netflix show as it’s way too uncomfortable to sit for a prolonged period of time, in-fact in less than 10 minutes your backside will have a anaesthetic style numbness. Although it says it’s a 3 seater I think they meant 3 seated small children with their strong little knees having no signs of osteoarthritis so easily able to get back into a standing position without the need to rock back & forth several times to build up a momentum to stand up. It also comes with a bonus 2 inch gap between the seats for the TV remote, mobile phone, keys & more to disappear down. If you’ve previously had issue with pets on your furniture it’s very unlikely this will be an issue with this Stone Age quality piece of furniture. Only available online to prevent customers being able to “Try before they buy” which would no doubt cause an immediate drop of sales, instead be fooled by the lovely online photos and description. Due to its many “Names” not previously having a review you can also order multiple & then fight the cats for the more comfortable cardboard box packaging. This is an honest review.
