Run straight to Bose, don't waist your time with this useless – I have not used my email that is connected to my existing account and login in password for over 6 years. I finally need to reset my system and I'm… Read more

unable to connect because I no longer use the old email which I initially signed up with, nor do I remember my password. Cut a long and frustrating story short, I have tried 2 attempts to explain my situation to support, no help other than delete my account as they can't assist me without verifying me email, which is no longer in use since 6 years ago. They have no way to verify their customers other than using a stupid email, this ridiculous. Don't buy this scrap, it comes with connection issues, if you change you r email without remembering to change Sonos then is see ya beam, in the bin you go! I'm going to Bose

Not impressed – I bought 2 Sonos speakers about 2 years ago on the basis that they could be linked. In the entire time we have had them we have been unable to link… Read more

them. We have even tried Sonos tech support without success. We have spent the last 2 days trying again, without success. Either one will come on but not the other, or they play completely different songs simultaneously.

The Sonos Arc when it is set up and working is an excellent product. However, it has the most frustrating user experience of any electronic device I… Read more

have ever owned and I’ve owned projectors, tvs, hifi systems, other sound bars, receivers. You name it. The set up software works only when it feels like it, meaning hours of frustrating factory resets, wifi issues and app problems. Buy if you are really good at tech or have the patience of a saint. If you are an ordinary mortal look elsewhere.

Good quality speaker for a medium sized space – Unboxing and setup was relatively easy, setting up for my room did take some time, easy to group with other products using AirPlay (I am not a fan of… Read more

the SONOS app, the way it has been setup or how slow it is). Sound is excellent up to a point, as you get over 60-65% the sound changes and becomes less defined. I would recommend this product for a medium sized room.

I admit they have great sound, but the battery lasts 3 years, it is expensive to replace, plus like so much USA made stuff, the item will glitch just… Read more

out of warranty. Marketing sections rule in USA over quality and durability. Avoid this purchase if possible. Sonos will not assist you.

Pass on this one – Despite an extremely painful registration and first use process, the little speaker put out great sound however, I continued to struggle with an… Read more

extremely unintuitive pairing/ connection process and after 3 months it started distorting badly. It has been relegated to my workshop sound system where I don’t need much volume but it’s extremely disappointing that a $300 boom box could be of such poor quality.

I haven’t complained or returned it as my wife bought it and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. She was pretty proud of the purchase. ***EDIT - Within 4 months It has stopped working completely and is now in the bin ***

One of the, if not the, best sound and bass for the price and, being a soundbar doesn't affect the music playing experience. Truly worth the price. Colour white is an added bonus! The art of product design starts from unpacking.

Underwhelmed – Thought I would be more impressed with the sound quality after purchasing the ARC a few years ago. Can’t really say it’s much better than other (and cheaper) Bluetooth speakers I’ve owned before Show details
