that were agreed upon. What was particularly surprising was that their team had previously advised us that the shipment delay was due to the printing of the custom boxes, yet standard boxes were ultimately dispatched. When we followed up with their team regarding this issue, we were simply informed that a mistake had been made. We are truly disappointed with the level of service provided, as one of the key reasons we selected this company for our Christmas hampers was their ability to supply custom-printed boxes.

This is better than Local Bubble tea. Delicious. Will definitely be ordering again in the future. My suggestion, Strawberry Popping Pearls with Grape Fruit Tea

I was really disappointed with my experience with AustralHerbs. I purchased organic elderberries that arrived contaminated with what appeared to be… Read more

grain mites, making the product unusable.

I contacted the company expecting a refund or replacement, but both were refused. As a customer, this was very frustrating, especially for a product marketed as organic and high quality.

I expected better quality control and customer service. Will change suppliers now and take the matter to consumer protection.

Kinn Thai CASTLE HILL Worst Thai food and service I’ve had in Castle Hill. Service was very slow, and when the food finally arrived it was… Read more

disappointing. The chicken satay entrée was cold, and the roti was cold and hard. The Panang curry was made with chicken thigh rather than breast, which wasn’t mentioned and added to the poor overall experience.

What made it worse was the response when I raised this politely at the time — staff were dismissive and tried to deny there was a problem instead of listening or offering a solution. No accountability and no care for the customer. Based on both the food and how the complaint was handled, I won’t be returning.

43 wedding anniversary – Second January. It was my sister, 43rd wedding anniversary so I wanted to do something special for her, so I took her and her husband out for dinner.… Read more

They live in Mornington. We went to this Thai restaurant and the food was delicious. I ordered 4 entree, three main dishes, one of them been there, fried rice Jasmine tea. It was a great night, and everybody enjoyed themselves. Well looked after by the waiter, one of the entree was moneybags. One of the main dishes was green Thai curry, which my sister loves so I had to get that for her and her husband loves their fried rice if you like Thai food, this is a great place to go and reasonably priced for the four of us, it cost me $167 which I did not think was too bad for four people. It was my first time going there, but my sister and her husband have been there before I say like Thai food I would go there again. I was very surprised that they gave us a container to take some of the food home as we could not eat at all which a lot of places do not do so that’s nice when you have paid for the Food. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great place to eat in Mornington Victoria

The place could use some modernising but I go just for the food. I would highly recommend their lamb vindaloo but ask for 'Indian' spicy. The Indians that I know have made it their favourite restaurant. I have always just walked in and gotten a table so I wouldn't worry too much about missing out.

first visit. We had nasi lemak with rendang and also nasi lemak with fried chicken. CAme with richly flavoured coconut rice, spicy sambal, crispy anchovies, crucnchy peanuts, cucumber, . The rendang was delicious and the fried chicken too with crispy skin. Good serving size for an adult, I shared my serving size with my 4 year old and we were both full.We got weated only after a 15 minute wait . There were many young ones going around clearing tables quickly and serving up condiments and orders(SAturday is their famous banana leaf specialty ). They wre very polite and friendly, good customer service. Only huge problem is the music level, which was very loud ..pumping music, you cannot carry on a conversation, you just want to eat and leaveBeing a Malaysian(ex) I found this truly authentic Malaysian food and would come back again for sure to try their satay and roti. On average the price is good We paid around $20 for the dish of nasi lemak.

Excellent food cooked fresh with quality ingredients. The restaurant is busy and so you may have to wait, but the wait is worth it. We enjoyed our 16 takeaway dishes today.

Vaporetto Bar & Eatery has quickly become our 'special occasion' go-to dining experience for the family. Once again a fantastic night of great food,… Read more

laughter and amazing service from the staff at Vaporetto. Ardel and the team were outstanding again, making us feel special and very welcomed.

A wonderful charming venue with plenty of warmth, great for a cozy romantic dinner for 2 or a family of 10. From Teenagers to Grand Parents, everyone feels really comfortable and we all loved the food. We have already planned the next 2 birthday functions in coming months and we will continue to go back throughout the year. Can highly recommend Vaporetto.

I agree this restaurant is way overpriced for Mexican food which traditionally has inexpensive ingredients and is easy to make. It was okay food but… Read more

I really thought at these prices we were going to get gourmet Mexican which we didn’t, and the vegan options are just the same dishes but without cheese or meat…should at least have vegan cheese and sour cream (readily available these days) or else charge a lot less if they have less ingredients. We’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants more cheaply so not sure why they charge so much here, when it’s not any different.

bit unexpected. We had a quiet alcove table. The dishes are modern, with unusual combinations of ingredients making it impossible to draw direct comparisons to competitors. That said, the food was delicate, the crab claw notable, tasty and interesting. For main courses we had duck and herb crusted lamb, both are recommended. It is expensive. I'd call it a foodie restaurant.

alone. It's always busy and often noisy as a result of its popularity. Melbourne restaurants only remain popular if they provide good food at reasonable prices and Oushou certainly does that. Quite basic bare plain smallish wood tables furnished with chop sticks and paper serviettes are adequate but the food is the star. We loved the tasting menu $59, which the whole table doesn't have to order, (see pic gmiso glazed egg plant are favourites for us. Prawn nachos are also nice. The battered soft shell crab was a bit disappointing. Too much batter and too oily but there are lots of other dishes which we enjoyed. A glass of plum wine $11 ended up with a bill of $125 for two of us.

Found this Bakwa (sweet Singaporean pork jerky) produced and sold in Australia, so happy, as pork can not enter Australian border for safety reason. … Read more

The taste was really nice, as good as the original Singapore produced. It looks very hygienic too as each individual bakwa was wrapped and vaccumed very well. However, when I keep it for a bit over a month, on top of the jerky (inside the plastic) appears white stuff sticking to the meat, despite it has been vacuumed packed. The most probable reason is the way it was produced was not hygienic, that the jerky was contaminated with fungal spores in the air before they are being vaccumed packed. Please look after your QC Bakwa King, or you will lose your business.

server and asked for a plate for my daughter. I was told they only have bowls as share plates, these bowls are slightly bigger than their dipping sauce bowls. When I explained that I prefer a plate because the rice would fall out of the tiny bowls, the server said sorry No. Their plates are only used for serving dishes. Then she walked away. In the end I moved the some of the entrees in one plate and used that for my daughter. I was extremely disappointed in the server who lacked any basic understanding to a simple customer request. I was polite when I asked and was genuinely shocked with the response. I was asking for a plate while dining in a restaurant!
