Booked it in on october 3, and havent seen the van since. I was twice told that the van repairs were approved by new age, and that we’d get the van back by christmas, three months after we dropped it off. We discovered that the van repairs had not even been started by christmas.Allegedly it was started on monday this week. (Late jan 2025) We are still totally in the dark. No idea if the van repairs have commenced. On the day that we dropped the van off last year, we spotted a new van and asked for a changeover price… we never heard back. After this treatment, and the fact that after nearly four months without it, we cant think of any reason why we would ever buy from new age ever again . These guys have destroyed so much goodwill that it has become a bad joke This whole sorry saga has been referred to consumer affairs

one opened in Dandenong. Our new van was delivered to Dandenong and on arrival to collect it the sales people were showing people through our brand new van that we hadn't even seen. The Dandenong dealership closed so we then had to travel to the other side of the city for warranty work and there has been a lot. The tunnel boot had a leak and it took 5 attempts before it was fixed. The rangehiid switch was broken and they replaced it but put it in back the front. The ensure door doesn't slide freely so they shaved some off the bottom and now it doesn't latch properly. The freezer compartment of the fridge had a crack in the base of it so they replaced it and wired it incorrectly which burnt out the computer board of it. Still having discussions about this because it's not out of warranty. We have now found a water leak at the base of the bedroom wall. The back legs don't go down properly. The oven seal needed to be replaced because the service centre decided to cut most of it out to fix it. This caravan had barely been out if the she'd and most trips have resulted in dropping at the repair centre on the way home. Would never buy another or recommend a new age.

could of been disastrous & most of all they should of been absolutely prevented by the RV dealer in QLD if they would have some attention to detail , professionalism customer communication skills & most of all accountability which was never ever given . The thing that was only ever done or given was false empty promises & guarantees that just added insult to a painful experience.

bubbled and became unsafe to tow. Cheap Centara tyres fitted by New Age at manufacturing were unable to be sourced in WA. We had to pay out $561 dollars for two new, good quality tyres ex east as well as pay for four nights acconmodation while waiting for delivery of tyres.

It also states "Our caravans and motorhomes are designed and built with a focus on delivering exceptional stability, strength, and reliability, ensuring you can travel with confidence no matter where your journey takes you." We have only had the caravan for about 17 months. Every time we use the caravan, we discover more failures and problems due, I believe, due to cheap and inferior build. One of the initial problems was a leaking window above the table. This resulting in having to take the caravan back to the agent 3 times to be resolved due to the incorrect part being sent on 2 occasions from the manufacturer. The last time out, the interior glass on the oven smashed while we were travelling. A few days later, the oven fell out of its cavity. This resulted in the electrics on one side of the van not working. The top draw dropped due to possible inadequate fastening causing the lock mechanism on draws underneath to fail so we had to resort to using a long stick through the handles to prevent draws from coming open during transit. The electric steps failed which meant we had to manually pull the steps down to access the van and then lock them away using a padlock while travelling. The last straw was the fridge dislodging from its cavity. We are still waiting to have our caravan to be booked in for repairs to be completed. So far we have waited nearly 2 months for repairs to be approved and parts delivered. It appears we now have to wait another 2 months before the caravan can be taken to the dealer for repairs So much for the company's advertisements of holding themselves to the highest standard of build quality and after sales service.
