Do not waste your time and money. I had this a month before it wouldn't empty because an error was telling the unit that it was blocked when it… Read more

wasn't. LG took 8 weeks to fix it. They sent it back to me and within a week it was giving another error. I use this on a normal hard floor and some carpet.

The unit cleans very well but its navigation is terrible. The device cannot see the base unit until its nearly tripping over it before docking. It… Read more

misses large areas around the house constantly. For that issue I scheduled two cleans per day as one misses slot. Once a week I find it fallen down my little stairs into my lounge getting stuck. Every day I have to find it and carry it to the dock as it' just shuts down int the middle of rooms with nothing obstructing it. Today its WIFI not functioing. I hate this product.

Mixed hard tile flooring with carpets.

I was after a vacuum that was decently priced, had strong suction, came with a stand, a spare battery and not a bucket load of useless attachments,… Read more

this was certainly a winner for me!! I bought it on sale and have zero regrets, it's perfect, does a fantastic job is easy to use and to lean. It comes with a head that cleans both hard floors and carpets and a crevice tool and that was all I wanted. I would highly recommend this product and it's a bonus if you find it on sale!

I love this vacuum cleaner. It is so powerful that l have to have it on the lowest setting to vacuum my rugs. I had a Miele Cat and Dog which was fabulous and lasted 10 years. I can say the service from LG online was outstanding. Show details

Disappointing purchase – Disappointing. When we first purchased the vacuum it needed to map the floor space. Easily done. A few days later it overwrote the floor map with… Read more

another one (visible via the app) that was similar but rotated a number of degrees. This subsequently confused the vacuum, and took some time for me to work out how to delete the maps and start all over (LG Help isn’t very helpful). Initially the battery within the vacuum lasted the duration of cleaning the whole floor. Within 2 months the battery wouldn’t last that long and the vacuum would return to the base station to recharge mid-clean. So I split the floor plan into 2 zones and cycled the cleaning so each section would be cleaned on alternating days. Lately the battery has started running low so that the vacuum has returned to the base station for recharging on a number of occasions again. Quite frequently the vacuum gets disorientated when attempting to return to the base station at the end of a cleaning cycle and sometimes wanders around the whole floor area (sometimes up to 10 minutes) after verbalising that the cleaning has finished and it’s returning to the base station, sometimes spending 3-5 minutes going back and forth directly in front of the base station landing mat. We haven’t used the mop function so can’t comment on its effectiveness. We wouldn’t recommend this item.

Not great, but ok – Bought this robot vac and mop around 6 months ago. It does a good job on vacuuming hardfloors, carpet is ok (expected this). Setting up the map took… Read more

quite some time, no big deal though.

Easy to empty the dust bin and refill water, we bought the manual model.

Now the bad and annoying things: -The app, it's got a lot of glitches. -The vac loses orientation regularly, restarting helps most times - The vac only vacuums part of the assigned areas and then says it's done - The vac randomly moves to a none assigned room on the other side of the house - The vac can't find the home station

Most annoying though, the LG "customer service", contacted them via chat. If you refresh the chat it will completely disappear and you have to join it all over again. When I finally got onto someone, I get sent a instruction manual with prompts to look at troubleshooting. I already did that, none of my concerns are listed there/ neither are there solutions. Got a reference number and email address to send a video I took, it's too big to send via email.

After all there's no solution to the issues, as said the device isn't bad, but lacks a good app to operate (I think).
