power barrel unit and feels like it's about to snap. LG say it's not a manufacturer fault and excessive force has been used...I only vacuum on tiles! It's a $750 vacuum! Very poor customer service! I won't be buying an LG vacuum ever again

misses large areas around the house constantly. For that issue I scheduled two cleans per day as one misses slot. Once a week I find it fallen down my little stairs into my lounge getting stuck. Every day I have to find it and carry it to the dock as it' just shuts down int the middle of rooms with nothing obstructing it. Today its WIFI not functioing. I hate this product.

this was certainly a winner for me!! I bought it on sale and have zero regrets, it's perfect, does a fantastic job is easy to use and to lean. It comes with a head that cleans both hard floors and carpets and a crevice tool and that was all I wanted. I would highly recommend this product and it's a bonus if you find it on sale!

out after just one month of normal use. Only one pad was supplied, and when I contacted LG Support, they were dismissive and simply told me it was a consumable and I needed to buy another.
A replacement costs $22 plus $10 postage — $32 for a mop pad that has lasted only one month.
The mopping performance is also poor. It does not properly clean stains or marks from the floor and seems to provide little more than a light dust or maintenance clean.
For a premium robot vacuum and mop, and a brand I thought was reputable, I expected much better quality, durability and cleaning performance.
Very disappointing product and customer service. I would not recommend it.

quite some time, no big deal though.
Easy to empty the dust bin and refill water, we bought the manual model.
Now the bad and annoying things: -The app, it's got a lot of glitches. -The vac loses orientation regularly, restarting helps most times - The vac only vacuums part of the assigned areas and then says it's done - The vac randomly moves to a none assigned room on the other side of the house - The vac can't find the home station
Most annoying though, the LG "customer service", contacted them via chat. If you refresh the chat it will completely disappear and you have to join it all over again. When I finally got onto someone, I get sent a instruction manual with prompts to look at troubleshooting. I already did that, none of my concerns are listed there/ neither are there solutions. Got a reference number and email address to send a video I took, it's too big to send via email.
After all there's no solution to the issues, as said the device isn't bad, but lacks a good app to operate (I think).
