Best Samsung Washing Machines

Don’t ever buy this washer. We were well within our warranty and I contacted Samsung numerous times and they blamed us for misuse. I couldn’t believe it. Now my family are stuck with a washer that dumps litres of water on our floor every wash. Show details

Heard some great stories before, but this latest one from the Samsung technician who came to look at my machine takes the cake. Apparently no Samsung front loader (or other brands according to the technician who came) can be used in houses on stumps. Only top loaders. Funny how my friends machines which are front loaders, seem to work absolutely fine in their houses on stumps. So of to consumer affairs I now must go......

even worse after sales support and warranty policy from Samsung Australia.

Don’t purchase, save yourself the $1000 odd dollars and hassle dealing with the nonsense customer care. Prior to failure machine was okay though a lot of modes have weight restrictions well below the 11 kg selling point.

Never again purchase from Samsung online. Look else where.
