Fridge running but unable to adjust temperature up can turn temp down to minus. How do I check the up temp button or how do I change it

Has the E1 error code, we have done everything to try and get rid of it. It is still coming up, what do we do. Very frustrating
Good afternoon, Thank you for reaching out. E1 code means low voltage, where the battery running the fridge is too low which is why the error is coming up. Please charge the battery to fully charged and then advise if you are still having issues? Kind regards, Rachael
Awesome unit , till stopped geting cold, 2 days ago, Not fuse , as power light is on green , no errors or code are shown on display Fridge is 11 months old , any suggestions appreciated.

My fridge no longer turns on and there is no error msg on it. Just impossible to turn it on… Any idea ? How can I access the fuse ? Thanks for helping

I have owned a Kings Fridge 15lt for some years and have had no problems. I run it in my car off the cigarette lighter plug. Last week I noticed that despite being set for -3%, it was not able to get cooler than 6%. The next day, the fridge blew the fuse on the cigarette plug. Is it possible to get repaired or do I just buy a new one?

Hi there, Unfortunately as our 15L fridge is not suitable for 240v we do not have a direct documentation on the conversion of this unit, however the usual draw would be 0.7 to 1.4 amps. Regards, Courtney

My 15 litre has been working perfectly until I turn it on and display lights up and then goes off if you touch any temp button it displays 3 horizontal bars and that’s all Will not operate

The same thing happened to me , but the sad part is my kids bought it for my birthday late 2022 and I don’t have a invoice . kings are not interested to help me not even where I can take too for repairs I think this issue is a common factory fault. Anyone got any ideas what I can do to get this fridge going again.
