I started having a black soot collecting on my walls and ceiling after using Airwick plug ins through out my house. My return filter is being replaced sooner then normal because of black soot. . Any one else have similar experinces?

I have several air wick plug ins and they all work the same. Initially very good to smell but after a few days they give off no aroma. Theoretically they should continue to warm the oil for fragrance but none of these do beyond a few days. Why?

I have been using the plug ins for about a year or so, and initially they work. I thought it wa the outlet but it’s the decanter. I am so upset and I have about 11 refills I can’t use and I refuse to buy this product again. 9 plug ins and only 1 is still working I’ve purchased new ones and they only work once. How do I get compensated for these items and waste of money and time?
