Akai AK-FL6 Questions & Answers

I bought a Akai 8kg front loader washing machine from you on 27/10/22 Order number: SO06063939 I have a problem with my clothes don't seem to wash properly and the stains that have been sprayed with stain remover which always worked in my top loader .The clothes never a a fresh smell. My second problem is that my clothes are still very wet at the end of the cycle and I need to do a second spin. I am not that happy with the machine. Not convinced with front loaders. Await your reply Anna

just installed new machine and can't get the water drain. only drains when hose is laying on the floor. anyone have any suggestions
