the power head is not turning and i am having dificulty in removing the base plate. it appears all the necessary screw are removed but not wanting to break the baseplate i cant seem to be able to remove it ?
I can only let you know that after the most recent episode with my Aldi Stick Vaccumn, that it simply would not power up after all the standard fixes is now in the recycle bin. I conceeded defeat.
Is a replacement battery available for easy home 2 in 1 cordless stick vacuum model IA4213 ?

Different manufacturer now, from what I understand. I would definitely buy as it has a year long warranty. If something fails, you get your money back

purchased in September 20 and don't have a problem at all. I have lost a little gadget in the motorised floor brush. I removed the brush to clean it and I believe I must have lost a small plastic gadget that supports and assists in the spinning of the brush. I like to buy the gadget or the complete assembly, or if anyone has a vacuum and no longer works I am happy to purchase the motorised floor brush.
Hi Steve, We can check the availability of replacement motorised floor brush for you. In order to do so, please provide the model number of the unit. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual.
