How to replace the battery, please. Vacuum only runs for <10 seconds. It's not blocked, the brush spins, therefore it has to be the battery.

I bought this vacuum yesterday. Section 4-2-2 of the manual says wall mounting the charging station is optional, next paragraph says the charging station must be fastened to the wall? Can you confirm which it is. Concerned also about the charger connection, it seems very loose and doesn't click into anything. Is this normal? Thank you.

I bought the $139.00 vacuum from Aldi yesterday (June ‘23, Australia) and am happy with the suction. I’ve just tried to pull the filter with EPA filter medium (6) out of the dust container by pulling filter grip (10) firmly but nothing is happening. I don’t want to break it. I’ve tried to find a UTube video to help but without success. I hope you can help please?

Hi Rickele, If you could please provide the model number of the unit, we can look into this for you. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters) and should be on the back or bottom of the unit.

Review the instructions. They make it clear where to plug in the charger. Look for the small hole. It isnt hard to work it out.

We purchased it last time they had them (around Jan-Feb 2020) and for the first week or two it worked fine. It was no Dyson but it did the job. However after a couple of weeks it just stopped working and but started falling apart. We took it back and they said a lot of people had returned them. The new one coming out might be better - but personally I wouldn’t try it again.
Where can I buy a new filter for the 2020 previous vac.
How do I recharge this vacuum?
