I'm requiring assembly instructions for the fabric Aldi Annalise Queen Bed please and an accounts of the number & size of screws. I had to desemble the bed and am struggling to assemble it in its new home!
I have purchased 4 Aldi bed frames over the last 5 years and have not had any problem with the quality and comfort. However, one of the bed base has an offensive chemical fishy smell which I just can't get rid of. I have left it out in the sun for several days and treated it with an upholstery cleaner. This seemed to work but eventually the smell came back. I'm now trying a different suggestion but am not confident in the outcome. Has anyone got a solution? I've had to replace the bed but don't want to have to send this one to landfill.
Has anyone found a solution to the fishy stink coming from this product?
We are using "Domestic Goddess" which is basically bicarb and scent. Our bed has a really strong chemical and fishy dead smell.

I notice the fishy smell has been a problem for more than 3 years, why is Aldi still selling the item with no changes to whatever the problem is and expecting the consumer to just walk away and lose their hard earned cash. For Nine months we have aired ours with no sign of the smell dissipating
We have had the same problem! Structurally and aesthetically, the bed is perfect, however, the fishy smell is disgusting! Ours was bought for our Airbnb and I have just disassembled it and removed it. The room finally smells fresh again. So disappointing
We did exactly the same thing. It's just not right that they would keep selling these bed frames. The smell is disgusting.

Hi, I have a grey single fabric padded bed from you and all of sudden it’s got a musty smell coming from it and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Is there anything I can do to make it go away?

We have the exact same problem. Purchased the same time as you and this week the smell was unbareable. Rang ALDI when we first noticed it and they said to give it time. Today we couldn’t walk into the room it was that bad. Called them again and they said it’s not there problem!! Not happy

We have a queen & double bed both with a fishy chemical smell. Uncle Bill’s advised us to use bi-carb & air the room but, after 11 months, the smell is still there & our guests don’t like to sleep in the beds. Uncle Bill’s warranty people said it was a fumigation problem & not covered under warranty. Spoke to Agricultural Dept & they said they do treat them, some are treated outside the country, & they haven’t heard of any complaints of fumigation odours creating any problems & it’s possibly something in the bed frame.
Nothing has worked ,it still smells quite a bit
I have purchased this bed in king size and it is almost 12 months old. The smell is horrible I think we will get rid of ours tomorrow... not something I can sell so I guess my money is down the drain. My question is so many people have this problem so is it bad for our health!!
My Queen sized bed base has exuded a musty fishysmell since I purchased it 5 months ago. One response from Aldi was the fumigation line although two government bodies don’t agree with this. Another response suggested it was the glue and foam used in the Chinese manufacturing at fault. Hmmmmm… not happy Jan!!!
Just wanting to know the measurements of the actual frame: The inner width between the bed. Trying to get new slates for the bed.

Bought 2 single beds one collapsed in the first week. Second one has just gone too. Very poor quality. Where can I get side rails from?
Jen, Aldi has a 60day refund policy. If they're within that period, don't waste your time trying to fix their design failings, take them back! If I had assembled the bed and discovered how dreadful it was straight away it would have been dismantled and returned as fast as I could manage.
Are aldis getting queen bed frames on gold coast?
