How do you take filter out to clean

I love this vaccum very much but it is having 3yr warranty I have bought this in 2022 it's head spinner broken I don't know where to buy spare head or clain warranty

Hi, I need replacement filters details for the Stirling Premium Handheld Stick Vacuum Cleaner. The filter housing is VC3923.
My mom accidentally threw away the filter for this vacuum! We cannot find an alternative filter to fit anywhere. I did call the 800 number for service that came with her manual, and was told that they were not available. They did offer a refund and the vacuum itself, but we cannot find the receipt. She does love the vacuum, but cannot use it without a filter
