These have failed and i want to make a warranty claim. The number on the Bauhn site 1300 886 649 refuse to even acknowledge they manufactured the product! and won't provide any assistance at all. Really pathetic service from Aldi, they ask me to go to Aldi again... and pillar to post again and again. Anyone got any other Bauhn number I can contact? Or do I have to go to the Ombudsman again?
I found the number. It is 1300 663 907. Open from 9am to 6pm but looks like difficult to get hold of. Aldi should be more transparent about their product support numbers. they only have them on the packaging and not on the site, and since most of us throw away packaging, they don't seem to get that many claims.
For people who bought the Bauhn Premium Range True Wireless Earbuds, that come in a cylindrical case, the model i had was HE190044, aldi product code was 703710, manufactured 12/21, although this is on the back of the case, mine is half erased after a couple of months and took macrophotography to figure out.
I have been unable to pair them with my anderoid phone since purchase they charge well but cant connect .so frustrating do i have to download a app for them to work ? I thought Bauhn has always been a trusting good quality brand ..I not sure on that now . Perhaps try your review on trust pilot I have beforw on another situation .The business contacted me regarding the matter , so that may work, if I get no joy in getting these wireless ear buds to work I will be submitting another review !!! Put them in pairing mode and look at bluetooth devices setting on the device you want to pair them with. Once I got hold of them, after sending pics / videos etc. they sent me a replacement. They worked for a few months. I got a pair of Sennheisers and haven’t looked back since.
These earbuds pair with a windows laptop but won’t pair with any android phone that I’ve tried. Or an IPad. Do they only pair with one device?
They paired with both my iPad and my iPhone. Pairing was easy but both my phone and iPad were only a few weeks old so they might have changed,
Just bought these. Easily paired and connected to my Samsung phone but why won't they also connect to my Samsung tablet? Can they only be paired to one device?
I've paired both my Samsung phone and tablet to the Earbuds, and they'll both connect. If the phone's connected and I go to the tablet Bluetooth settings it might say 'can't connect', but as soon as I disconnect the phone it's OK. Good luck with it! My new Earbuds are perfect!
I’m having trouble setting them up. I don’t find the instructions that helpful. Is there meant to be a app that we set them up to?
Ca they be used one at the time - ie in mono mode which is needed when cycling
I know that just the right side one can be used on its own, because that's the way I've used mine for the last few weeks. I suspect you can't use the left one on its own because the controls are in the right one.

Smart control area does not work. Can not answer the calls, next to or previous track commands not working. Google assistant also not answer.

Yes but limited stock, I got the last pair from my local Aldi on Saturday.
When i purchased mine there were only 6 pairs left considering the store was closed and they didnt go on sale until the saturday the day i purchased mine so obviously staff get first dibs on sale goods and public get whats left the staff member i asked where they were when i entered the store after waiting 30 min until the store opened then having the staff member telling me there were only 6 left so where did the redt go ???
