My Angelcare movement & sound monitor AC201 stopped working last week. Tried all the troubleshooting hints/solutions to no avail. Lights are on BUT no sound. What has gone wrong? I cared for it well, stored it in original box after 1st child. Need it now for my second.

I'm having the exact same issue with my AC201. I emailed Anglecare Canada and was told with no receipt as proof of purchase there's nothing they can do! Can anyone offer any suggestions please? I'm desperate to use the unit for our second baby too.

Can i get a camera to attach separately? It was given to me as a gift but i would really like a camera also.

Hi, unfortunately there is no way to attach a separate camera to your AC201, as the cameras on our other monitors are integrated into the units themselves.

I hope you enjoy using your monitor nonetheless.

Although this particular unit does not have the capability of attaching a camera you should be aware that small Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras are readily available from electronics outlets and are relatively cheap. (e.g. search amazon). Some types need to be wired together but others work by radio signals. Other types also have an audio capability, making that set-up a rival to the Angelcare AC201!

My pads have been beeping once throughout the night i get up as i think it is alarming then stops. My baby is fine. This happens about 3-4 time during the night. Any ideas about this?

Firstly I would check that all cords are connected properly and there are no knots in them, secondly I would turn the sensitivity level up to 4/5. then contact angelcare in your country and if it still occurs consult your GP as you baby may have sleep apnea.
