Hi Kmart and others. My headphones are very comfy. I have been charging them for 1- 2 hours and they turn on but they won't connect and yes my Bluetooth was on! Do I need to charge them for the full 4 hours?

Its connected to my laptop...but gets connected to the TV as well and the TV sound only turns on if i switch the headphones off. How can i permmenently remove the TV as a device so that it doesnt pair automatically with tthe TV

press and hold the power button (takes a few seconds) on the headset until it flashes (an awful announcement says "Da blootoot dewice is wedy to pwaer".... at your computer or phone's Bluetooth settings page press "scan", it should then find and offer to pair to the headset. Once its done, they will automatically connect next time that you turn them on the same way. Takes a while to turn them off too - hold button until the light goes off.
