Just questioning why it is not spinning completely and definitely not over filling?
Hi there Recently my machine has become very noisy whilst spinning fast. Can I get replacement bearings for it.
My washing powder is not fully going in to the machine and it is all clumpy in the dispenser. I was using cubes and have gone back to powder because the cubes were not as good. Any suggestions?
Hi Naomi, Thanks for contacting us, sorry about the issues I would first suggest cleaning dispenser draw instructions are in user manual on page 4. Also use the Table of programmes and wash cycles to help identify if you are using the correct detergent with program.

Have had out machine for 5 years at least. Been great but I noticed the machine playing up lately. When first turned on it would have on the display the wrong time but if I turned of then back on would adjust to correct time. Today I turned on and it had 5:08 wash and when I turn the dial it doesn't change anything. Have turned off electricity and back on and still the same so tried to wash and stopped it after 40 minutes. I have it set to number 5 which is 30 minute cycle.

We have had our machine for about 12 months. Its has been a good machine but it has beginning to not spin properly. It doesn't matter if it's just on spin or during a full cycle. It just doesn't get to speed. It will go through the motion but comes out dripping wet. Is there something that can be done or will it need to go through warranty?
My Ariston was also doing that and when I asked the warranty repairer about it they told me if you put too much detergent in the machine the soap suds can prevent how well the machine drains which can result in your clothes not being spun and wrung out correctly. Not sure how much truth is in that but you could try a different detergent or use less. My Ariston had another issue too so after about 5 call outs we got our money back to replace the machine with something else.

Our machine is a few years old and to date have had no problems. However recently during the beginning to mid wash cycle we are getting alarms. No mention of this in the manual. Is this to do with cleaning of the pump or general maintenance warning?
Hi. I believe I have sorted this issue out. Looks like the machine was not quite level. Have levelled and alarm appears to have gone. Thanks.....

Had to replace doors on average every six months. Plastic crappy thing inside handle that moves the metal catch keeps breaking. They keep telling us no one else has this problem. Are they lying?
I don't have this problem. I am impressed with the build quality so far.
I have tried a few numbers for techincal support but I have had no luck. All the number lead to some lady mentioning "options have changed", and nothing lists technical support.. So I'm trying here. My machine is just under 2 years old. We stuffed up and did not register for the warrsanty with in the 30 days of purchase from Harvey Norman... Our machine has just broken down. On wash, we get a constant beeping sound and flashing lights on the steam hygiene and the intensive/ delicate buttons. We also can't turn the machine off with the power button. It needs to be turned off at the mains..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris, If you call Arisit Technical Support on 1300 762 219 and press '2' for Warranties/Spare Parts that should take you to the appropriate department. If this washer is only two years old it should still be under warranty if you have proof of purchase. Regards
What is the best cycle to wash towels. I'm finding they aren't as soft as previous machine.
Hi there, my machine got delivered yesterday and soon as it starts to spin fast the machine moves all over the place with an incredible noise to the point its burning the rubber on the bottom. How do I fix this?
Hi Lauryn, Here are some possible explanations for the machine shaking a lot: - The drum was not unlocked correctly during installation - The machine is not level, in which case you can level out the legs so that they are even, and place on a rubber vibration-absorbing mat - The washing machine is trapped between cabinets and walls, in which case you have to move it away from them so that the machine does not make contact when it shakes. If none of these are the problem, then it would be best to give technical support a call on 1300 762 219 to see if they think a technician should come out to have a look. Regards

are you supposed to see water in the machine? i only see wet washing turning and sometimes clothes smell and i have to rewash, i have tried not overloading it. there has also been times when some washing looks dry in spots. i feel there isn't enough water going through. My towels are always scratchy no matter what fabric softener i use.
My machine beeps about 5 times every couple of minutes. Also the anti stain quick cycle 1hr now shows 2hr 15 minutes. My machine was bought in June 2017 until these issues has been a great machine. the beeping is driving me nuts. We have turned to machine off & let sit for a couple hours before switching it back on but still the same problem. no codes are showing on screen. Any suggestions?
Empty the pump filter
Thanks but that didn’t help. Filter was clean. Still beeping and all the cycles are mixed up. Can’t even put on empty & spin cycle to empty out. It beeps & go through a 2 hours cycle

Thank you for your response. I have tried a couple of times to contact technical support team. They have finally got in contact with me via email asking for proof of purchase & a photo of the serial number etc which I sent tonight.
After washing the clothes and opening the machine (the door) does it produce steam?
How effective is the steam refresh facility on the Ariston front loader washing machine?
Steam refresh is not really effective. I put in 5 business shirts that were washed and dried. All 5 needed to be ironed still.
Just purchased and am a little alarmed at the loud squeaking noise that it makes while spinning. Is this normal?
No it is not normal. My machine does not make any noise and is very quiet.

Recently purchased and very happy so far. Have looked at the programs and the Eco cotton program says it is 5 hours long is this correct?
Yes, it is 5hours and 8minutes.
Everything made by man breaks down just that somethings breakdown more often than others. Why does Eco cotton take so long to wash? Most machines that do an eco wash take an inordinate amount of time.
You need water to wash clean and if you only use a little water then it takes longer to wash
If you increased the water levels then it would wash more quickly.
When I used to repair front loaders the water level used to be halfway up the portal and the machine would do a full load in around 40mins. Now the water level is around the edge of the stainless drum and on average with most machines takes around 2:48hrs.
Ask the sales guy to show you with a calculator how little money it costs for power and water.
Machines have become much more efficient but there is a trade off. Takes longer to wash.
