Hi all I have a Aspera mobile flip phone , prepaid thrpugh Telstra how do I put money on my phone how do I get into the Keypad

Hi Doug, When making a call and once connected you can look at the screen, On the screen you will have some options/features that you can activate. among these options you will see the Dial Pad/ keypad. In order to use the keypads during a call to an automated prompt request you must first activate the dial pad amongst the options on the screen pad. Once you have moved the cursor upon it you can then press the centre about that within the direction keys square. once this has been activated a white square fills up half of the screen and you can then enter the number you want and it will show up on this screen.

Hi Hans, Press and hold the power button on your device until the power menu appears. Tap and hold the "Power off" or "Restart" option from the power menu. After a few seconds, a pop-up message will appear, asking if you want to reboot into safe mode. Tap "OK" or "Yes" to confirm.

Your device will restart and boot into safe mode. You will notice the "Safe mode" label displayed at the bottom-left or top-right corner of the screen.

Once your device has fully booted into safe mode, go to the "Settings" app. You can access it from the app drawer or by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the gear icon.

In the "Settings" menu, scroll down and find the "System" or "General Management" option. Tap on it.

Look for the "Reset" or "Factory data reset" option and tap on it.

You may be asked to enter your device's PIN, pattern, or password for security purposes. Provide the required credentials.

On the reset screen, you will see a warning message about the data that will be erased. Review the information and tap on the "Reset" or "Erase all data" button.

Confirm your selection by tapping on "Reset" or "Delete all" when prompted.

Your device will now begin the factory reset process. It may take a few minutes to complete.

Once the reset is finished, your device will reboot and start up as if it were brand new.

Hi Shib In order to hide your callers ID on the Aspera A42, please follow the below steps. 1. Tap the Phone Icon 2. On the top right corner tap on the 3 dots next to the microphone image 3. From the drop down menu select "Settings" than select Calls 4. Select "Additional settings" 5. Tap on "Caller ID" and make a selection from the menu

Hi Margo, You can do this by clicking on the top right (Three dots) and hit delete on each contact. Hope this helps.

Hi Massa, F42 Speed dail instructions are as follows Go to contacts Then click on the three line icon next to the contacts at top of page. (this is the options menu) Enter Scroll down to you get to settings Enter Scroll down all the to the bottom "Set contact to Speed dail" You have 9 spaces each corresponding with the number pad on your phone when held down for 2 seconds. You will notice that 0 and 1 are taken by Camera and Voicemail. The other spaces are empty and when you press center on the empty slots you can add the contact you want to have on the number pad as a speed dial. Once selected you can then hold down Eg: 7 to call Bob.

Hi Jennifer, If you were to use your finger to scroll down on the home screen you will see that there will be a grey menu that comes down with symbols you can deactivate the airplane mode through this menu.

1 Open phone so screen is on top key board below 2 Push top left hand button. The screen will show 5 icons across top of screen. 3 Using right hand navigation button move the yellow highlighter over to right hand icon

4 Push the OK button. You will see the right hand icon change from a plane {Airplane mode} to normal mode {Non Airplane mode}

5 Once you have the plane NOT showing. Push top Right Hand button to escape and return to normal.
