Hi there, I'm just wondering if it's normal for staff not to leave the room when you're getting undressed and wiping yourself before you have laser, and still there when you get dressed? I'm not offered any amount of privacy, even when I have to lay on my stomach, and my bare butt is exposed as my legs get lasered.
R u guys give refund if results not good
What are the qualifications of people actually operating the lasers? Do you take accountability for your mistakes and fix them when you burn people with incorrect laser settings and treatments?
Laser hair removal treatments in our clinics is performed by fully trained laser technicians who are laser safety certified under the strictest Australian law. Prior to treatment, clients undergo a consultation to check contraindications and discuss pre/post treatment care. The treatment is then performed under stringent safety and medical protocols, resulting in a low risk of injury or side effects.

If the manager is unable to assist, it may be escalated to the Franchisee. Does anyone know this skin clinic’s head office number or email address? I am not able to find it anywhere in their website, other than the branch contact details.
The branch I normally go to, the Manager refused to do a price match when it clearly mentions in their website that they will price match their competitors who are within 30km zone.
So, I had no choice but to buy the sessions with their price.
I did email the branch about my unsatisfied experience and how they are not following their policy, but no reply or apology about it.

Head office is on Upton street Bundall or the advanced skill academy ( I think can give you the correct number) all centres should be able to provide you with head offices phone number. Head office are always keen to address any issues you may have. Unfortunately I don't have the number with me just what I have provided .i hope your issue is sorted soon one experience shouldn't put you off a great company
