Has anyone else had an issue where the dispenser drawer is stuck and the front panel of the drawer comes off when trying to remove it? Had that issue within months of purchase, got hold of Beko but through various circumstances and health issues I didn’t send a video they required. Just made do with the front panel off. We are away 5-6 months every year so didn’t pursue the matter. Problem got worse over time to the point that the drawer no longer seats correctly and sits about 1cm in front of machine. I have regularly cleaned the dispenser and product still looks brand new. Have now contacted Beko and been told I need to purchase a new drawer. $230…! that is 25% of cost of machine…!Machine’s out of warranty If that is the only option I suppose I have no choice but what assurance do I have that this will not happen again. Support said I must have used incorrect detergent. Have only used normal detergent. Where is it stated what detergent has to be used (have looked through manual)? Really disappointed with this outcome and would never buy this machine again
Please help, auto dosing has suddenly started using way too.much fabric softer. It has used a full dispenser in 2 daily quick washes.

I did that yesterday & was less than impressed with the response after being in a call queue for 20 mins Inwas told my machine is not in warranty and I could arrange for a technician. What I need is new rubber seals whichnI have now discovered have perished.
Autodosing problem. The machine cannot dispense detergent to the washing clothes. The softener works ok.

Water droplet is on screen and wont go into wash mode. Any ideas
Hi Cathy, This can mean the water pressure has been too high, activating a water pressure sensor. A service agent can reset the pressure sensor. If you can give us a call at 1300 282 356, we can assist you further.
BFL853ADW washing machine. Auto dose symbol flashing. (Liquid drop icon) Compartment has been filled with washing liquid in correct compartment. Have also cleaned auto dose dispenser and drained the machine and cleaned filter. Have disconnected from power and unplugged for 5 minutes but is still flashing. Can't turn off auto dispensing. Please help.
Any idea how to solve the Beko draining issue? It looks like none of the technicians answers on this forum!
Why cant I turn off the liquid detergent? In fact, pushing the auto button on any program changes nothing and it doesn't appear that any liquid detergent is being used anyway.
Can someone please advise why my machine won’t spin? Went to get washing out of machine, laundry still wet (not dripping wet). Tried to put on a spin cycle, timer is decreasing but, apart from that, there is no action whatsoever from the machine. Tried putting it on a rinse cycle, same observations. I’d already drained the pump … and cleaned the filter, nothing adverse to report there though. The water droplet is flashing on the panel but can’t find anything in the manual to say why. Model number BFL103ADW. Thanks.

Hi, yes. It means that there’s too much suds in the machine. To fix it, make sure the water is drained out, leave the door wide open to let it completely dry out. We left it like that for 2 days and turned it back on again and it was all good again. We think that it happened because although we use the auto dose, we added extra into the middle compartment and it was probably too much. Hope this helps.
New Beko auto dispenser not releasing enough fluid per wash. How can I make it release better. Not clogged. Clothes dont look cleaner. Conditioner side works quicker. Done over 6 loads of washing and dispenser has hardly moved.

During a heavy load cycle, eg towels the water pumps out through the soap dispenser and floods the j Laundry floor.
My Beko BFL103ADW dispenser keeps filling up with water. In fact, it over flows with water. It does not seem to dispense correctly either. It is clean like new and I do not think it is out of warrantee period yet. Everything works perfectly but this seems to be a problem. I have tried options like; cleaning the dispenser, making sure the machine stands level, (tried this when water came out the front), selecting various dispensing programs, but noting works, checked all the relevant fault finding suggestions in the manual, closed the tap slightly to prevent inlet water from spilling over the dispenser sides (cannot confirm this has helped as it is not possible to see the flow path while operating)
Frankly getting frustrated with what I believe is a good product.
Product has been working very well until I have absolutely no power now could you advise me on the steps to find the full and fix it myself please thank you
Belo technician will say cockroaches have destroyed control board!! Just happened to me!
BFL853ADW When I press on/off button no lights come on no beep is their a fuse/circuit breaker in machine?
Plugged machine into a different wall socket, it's now working :)
Sensor (red & white wires) that touches top of glass door is flashing, clicking sound with flashes, otherwise machine is dead, power is on? Had to manually release locked door to remove unwashed clothes by taking top off machine!
Cockroach egg on back of circuit board shorting 1 of 3 relays was the main problem, cockroach poo damaged small components on front of board so I am ordering a new board. There were also small black ants nesting in the detergent draw and associated water pipes so I disassembled that system and hosed it out.

Removed front panel with difficulty, removed circuit board, found 2 cockroaches living under it , one had produced an egg which shorted out 1 of the 3 relays which explains the crackling noise I heard before machine died. Cockroaches also pooped on small components on front of board! Could not source a new board so I'll have to fix the damaged one! I took photos of all the wiring and plugs before I disassembled the front Panel. Could not remove the rotating knob, any ideas on that? BFL853ADW parts and YouTube fixit videos don't exist? I got 2 flashing lights on each side of the wash selector knob and a flashing light shining down through top of glass door. When I got no power at all I found the socket I was plugging in to was corroded. When I plugged into a working socket I got the crackling and then the flashing error lights so the computer on the board must still be working. In the manual it says you can set machine to factory settings by holding down 2 function buttons simultaneously, I forgot which buttons but that didn't work for me because of the damaged board.
If you're wondering why I don't get a service guy to come and fix machine or just take it to a service center, I live on a beach with only boat access so a service guy would cost a fortune and I'm not strong enough to lift 75kg in and out of my boat! A barge brought it over when 2 of my sons were up here on leave from work helping me move house.
Hi I bought bfl103adw 1 month ago. during the washing process, there is an occasional click from my machine. I couldn't find why. I scare my washing machine has a problem.
Not sure but contact a service agent to repair before it runs out of repair warranty
Hi, the lock indicator light is flashing (not the child lock). There is no where in the manual to say what that means. When you try and start a wash, it clicks 3 times and starts flashing. I presume the lock isn't working but the door is actually locked. With a family of 5 the washing can get backed up pretty quickly so I'd appreciate any insights.
