Sorry I’m not a doctor only a customer....but it’s only vitamins if you read the ingredients so don’t think you’d be taking anything dangerous for “Bub”....blackmores have a website and answer questions there - maybe try and ask them? Hope this helps and Congratulations on your arrival!
I don’t think there’s any active ingredients in it that actually work so it’s probably ok, but I’d check with your doctor first. However, if you want something that works, try silica, I know you can use it whilst pregnant and that works unlike those tablets, cause I used them for 6 months with no results

Dunno, but I wouldnt waste my money on them cause they don't work. I took them for 6 months with no results, then I tried Silica for 2 months and I have nails

Hello Silvia, Sorry i have been on holidays. I'm not sure that I'm qualified to answer that question, i would check with your gp to be absolutely sure. My personal understanding is that they are like a vitamin (herbal), but perhaps taking the multi-vitamin would cover the same things? Best to check and be sure & safe. :)
I bought blackmore nails, hair & skin, but the table is look differently from the previously.
previous one the colors is orange and smooth. but this time, is lightly orange with some spots on the surface.

Hi Sherin. When I started on this it would make my stomach upset. So make sure you have it with meals and drink plenty of water.It should be fine.
