We got brand new Pump Air ANC earbuds, and the case is charged, but it seems as though the actual earbuds won’t charge….we have tried everything!
I have the blueant air pump ANC; every time I try to connect it to my phone, only one bud is connected. I tried resetting and done the pairing then the other connected and the other got disconnected. Has anyone had any experience with this and can you guys help me?

Open the case and wait for both earbuds to power on, showing a blue light. • Tap firmly on both earbuds three times at the same time. • Now remove both earbuds from the case and place them next to each other and wait for approx. 15 seconds. The left earbud's LED will turn solid blue, and the right earbud will flash blue to signify they are in pairing mode. • On your phone re-enable Bluetooth and select Pump Air ANC from the device listing. My blue ant pump air lite charger case keeps flashing when not connected and it won’t stop every 3 seconds it flashes how do I stop this from happening
My BlueAnt earbuds constantly flash - the blue led light flashes about every 3 seconds, does anyone know how to turn this off? They're already paired to the phone and working fine but the flashing is really annoying as I wear them at night to sleep

I recently got my BlueAnt pump air lite, and after connecting to my device audio only plays on one side even though both sides are turned on. How would I pair get them to play audio at the same time?
This is why I took my blueant pump lite back for a refund. After many hours of trying to pair I finally got one side to work. Maybe just not compatible with Samsung, I dont know but other brand earbuds paired within seconds even the cheap Kmart ones.
I lost one of the buds. Can I buy only one earbud to complete the pair ? Can I use only single earbud as it is not working and it’s brand new ?

New air pump lite earbuds. Can hear both sides start up sound, but no music or voice from right side. Have unpaired and reset numerous times. Any fixes out there or is this a warranty issue?
They are frustrating and unreliable. Pairing is not guaranteed and turning on and off is a joke. I'd take them back and swap for a better product
Try the buds on a diffetent source, if its the same return the buds for a refund. I had no luck with mine, had to return.

My pump air x earbuds pair to each other and to my phone but i can no longer listen to music or take calls. No sound. I have tried troubleshooting using the manual but nothing works. I cant return them as they were a gift and the people who gave me them for christmas no longer have the receipt. Any suggestions ??
When I'm listening to music it's fine...when I'm on a call most of time call cuts out..and I can't hear properly what other person is saying
I have to charge my blueAnt every night to only get 50min of life ? I plug it in and leave overnight all the lights are full on the case to indicate fully charged . Why is this happening ?
Do you use it straight away? Because they actually use power when just sitting in the case! I found mine kept going dead but apparently it’s only a charging case, and not for storage as they keep using power
