I have Bosch Serie 4 front loader, is it okay to use liquid detergent in both compartments as main wash and pre-wash ? Does the liquid leak down the drum altogether or it works perfectly well as powder instead ? Thanks

How do I remove the outlet hose
I've had this washing machine for 3 months, 1 person usage and right from the start it hasn't drained well at all. I have drained it once manually. It was installed and tested by the person that The Good Guys sent. It's installed in the same spot as the previous washing machine, which drained fine. Has anyone else had the same issue? Any suggestions?
There also seems to be excess moisture in the clothes etc, even after running the spin cycle a second time.....?

I’ve got model WAN24121AU. Can I use liquid detergent in the tray without buying/using the liquid detergent insert? Or should I just pour in the liquid detergent into the clothes or the drum directly?

Most likey not. I wouldn't buy Bosch bc when their filter gets blocked you have to pull the whole machine apart to fix it. Not user friendly

How do you take a stuck filter out
how do I unlock the machine after the completed cycle. This has never happened before. Even after turning off electricity it is not possible to unlock the machine to remove clothing.
F:18 error - I've checked the pump and siphon for blockage and will need to call in as they don't seem blocked.
HOWEVER: I still have a load of washing in the machine and as the machine won't complete a drain cycle I can't unlock the door. Is there another way of unlocking the door so I can remove the washing while I'm awaiting a service visit? Thanks.
