Hi, our machine has suddenly stopped washing and started beeping LIKE CRAZY and empties itself about 2 minutes into ANY cycle at all. We have done all troubleshooting - checked everything - nothing works. IT displays 'error code' E 31, then flashes -11. E31 isnt in ANY manual. We have torn our hair out for 2 days and have a pile of wet washing on the floor. Extremely frustrated. PLEASE HELP.
hi I accidentally touched the timer , I've managed to get it to 11 hours. can't reset it , also can't get it to start . would love to turn this back to normal
Hi , has any one had an issue with the boot seal , ours is missing a 10ml chunk out of it and is now leaking . (Front ) The machine is only 3 years old . We've had Bosch for 20 years , never had an issue . Cost to repair ...approx $300 .

For the Cottons + Prewash setting I can't find the following information. What I'd like to know is: - Does the washing machine do a full rinse/spin before the main wash? - Does it at least remove the soiled water from the Prewash before the main wash? - How long is the Prewash cycle in minutes (in fast, eco and mixed modes)?
I would like to clean some cloth nappies in the machine using the Prewash function instead of having to run the machine twice (i.e. doing a manual Prewash).
Hi IDOS seems not working, just wash the cloth in water, we have cleaned the drawer, but still doesn't work. How to fix it?
Hi Hua.Z Thankyou for your question regarding your Bosch washing machine. Just to clarify you are referring to your IDOS system not dispensing? If so, these can sometimes clog. To ease the solution that may be stuck, we reccomend washing your detergent drawer regularly. This can be done by lifting the flap and removing the cover, ensuring not to get the blue part of your cover wet as it contains electrical components. All this information can be found on page 40 of your user manual. However if you're still unsure, we encourage you to please contact our customer service team on on 1300 369 744 (select option 1). Twice in last two months, one socks went missing on each occasion. It must have swallowed inside the machine.

The 9kg Bosch WGA244U0AU door won't lock. There was water on floor after a wash and now when try to put next load on it beeps three times and shows the circle with padlock symbol (not the key) flashing. Has been working fine to this point. Any thoughts on what to do? Thx

Hi. I have a E:18 message and the end spin cycle does not take the water out of the clothes. The pump cover does not come out when I turn the cover 90 degrees anticlockwise and pull. Am i missing something? Adrian. [Content Removed]
There's something stuck in the pump filter. I had this happen. I just turned it until it eventually broke a little bit of plastic and freed what was named in it however it did not effect the function of the washing machine at all. It's a flawed design really. Also those no show socks can also get stuck in the pump hose and filter. Really small things can get through and jam things up. Used boiling water and ran it through on drain mode.

Perhaps you have accidentally put the child lock on. Try pressing the key like symbol for 3 secs to deactivate child lock
Hi I have a WGA244U0AU this make has a 15 min wash and 30 min wash however either cycle always goes well over an hour. How do you get a 15 min cycle?
Hi Rob, As per the user manual instructions: 'Before starting the programme, you can preselect the programme end ("Finish in" time) in 0.5h (h = hour) increments (between “minimum selectable ending time” and 9.5h) or 1 hour increments (between 10h and 24h) up to a maximum of 24 hours. To do this: 1. Select a programme (except myTime* programme). The programme duration is displayed for the selected programme, e.g. 2:30 (hours:minutes). 2. Select the (clock symbol) Finished in button repeatedly until the required number of hours is displayed. 3. Select the Start/Reload (play/pause symbol) button. The programme starts. The selected number of hours (e.g. 8h) is shown in the display panel and counts down until the programme starts. The duration of the programme is then displayed. Note: The length of the programme is automatically adjusted when the programme is running. Changes to the programme default settings or additional programme settings may also change the programme duration. After starting the programme (if a “Finish in” time has been selected and the programme has not yet started), you can change the preselected number of hours as follows: 1. Select the Start/Reload (play/pause symbol) button. 2. Select the (clock symbol) Finished in button repeatedly to change the number of hours. 3. Select the Start/Reload (play/pause symbol) button." * There is also, additional information on the "SpeedPerfect"15/30min settings on page 31 of your user instruction manual. Hi l have often been using super quick 15/30 now suddenly it won't fill with water wondered if l have used too much washing powder this past two washes and it has blocked something. The mixed load wash l a am using now works perfectly.

We always used the super wash 30 cycle, however this will not fill with water now what is the issue
