OMG.....thought I had finally found a quiet front loader that washes well 10kg of laundry and was about to finalize the online payment then read all these reviews with major issues!!! How / has Bosch addressed these problems?? Just cancelled my online $1000 purchase. What a turn off for new customers :(

Hi Emma Unfortunately for me I had purchased the machine first. I also find it amusing my first review of this product was not published. I had to change it a bit to get it published. I am saving to by a different front loader as soon as I can. The only thing positive I can say about Front loaders they seem to. Clean better. I think it is because they don’t soak clothes in “dirty water”. My last top loader had a glass lid. So I saw the colour of the water and if I was pre soaking it is in dirty water then wash in that as well. We all learn from errors we may make I am Glad this is here to read prior to buying. I should have done my due diligence prior.
