I recently bought the Bosch 6 unlimited cordless vacuum. I managed to charge it and use it once. Now, when I try to charge it the white light flashes briefly then stays white. But, the vac does not charge. Would this have something to do with the red button on top of the battery?
My Bosch stick vac has stopped working on turbo
My Bosch d stick vacuum cleaner charges but it won’t vacuum. I have phoned Bosch 6 times to find a repairer . All they were wanting was the proof of purchase which I provided and told them it was out of warranty. Today a guy rang from customer service to say Bosch do not repair vacuum cleaners. I cannot find anyone in Sydney who can repair Bosch. They don’t want to touch it. It is 4 years old. Surely I should be able to get it fixed.
Hi, the spin brush in the head is not spinning. I have cleaned all the hair out of the brush but still not rotating even when the brush head is off
Please.... how do you clean the filters in your cordless vacuum? Is it the HEPA system?

Hi when I plugin to chargebattery the light flashes white then turns red strait after, Only had vacume for about 2 months and ithasntdonethat before then the light goes out all together
I had nothing but trouble with my bosch so I got rid of it and got an LG , no problems
If the tank is empty it’s because the battery is too hot, I take the battery off the Motor head for a few minutes and then reattach and it charges fine. It’s a safety precaution :)
Hi Guys, my Bosch Vacuum lights up white when i plug in but then immediately goes red? tried using and then stops? any ideas? not as good as bosch animal I had before? Thanks Karen, does it mean I have a blockage?

Is it possible to use Bosch Blue power tool batteries (GBA 18V) on this vacuum?
Hi, How long does a battery normally last in bcs61113 vacuum. We use it as a back up to our plug in vacuum so not heavily used. Is the in unit charger sufficient or a stand alone better? Can you quote price please for replacement battery and charger maybe. Thanks Mark

The runtime per 2.5 Ah battery pack: Up to 30 min. on normal mode with non-electrical accessories Up to 25 min. on normal mode with electrical floor nozzle Up to 8 min. on turbo mode with electrical floor nozzle. Hi, just got my Serie 6 unlimited. Used it for a while and the light started flashing red slowly and then stopped. I plugged it in and the battery came on red for a while and now is not flashing white as it normally does when charging? Does anyone know what a) the red flashing light means (I assume low battery!) b) the long red light up when plugged in c) why there are no signs of life now it's plugged in. This is the first time I've used it!
Hi Luke D, Thanks for your question. If the display lights up white and goes out after approximately two minutes, it means the battery is fully charged. If the display rapidly flashes red, it means the battery charge below 20%. If it the display lights up red and goes out after approx. 10 seconds, it means the unit could be overheating and the under-temperature protection has been activated.
