I have a 50 litre dual zone with a loose closing lid. Has anyone else this problem and should I get it replaced
I have a 60l and it won’t let me set a temperature on either side on the control panel or the app less than +3degrees Celsius. Can anyone help?
Have you tried removing the divider to see what happens? If it's still in warranty, take it back and get a refund, they are junk. Get a Kings 75l (with the double door), they are the same price and far superior.
Yeah I tried that but no good. Just weird trust the app won’t go below 3 degrees either
Hi, i accidentally tried to connect the ower cord directly to the frige without the transformer and it blew up, now not turning on at all. How can it be fixed please?
That's not possible, 240v outlet is totally different to the 12v plug outlet
Fridge initially recognised duel compartment, but since removing the devider for 50l Fridge, on replacing the devider, fridge won't allow change of temperature on the fridge side and shows 3 straight lines.
Did you work this out, I have permanently had my divider in but now mine is doing the same?
As per Barry's response on another thread. All fixed now. Here is what we did. Turn off the fridge. Hold the cog symbol down until E1 shows up. Then hold + and - together and this resets the fridge area. If it is the freezer area do the same. Then set the temperature you want. The issue is caused when the area fridge or freezer is turned off accidentally.

Thanks for info mate, mine was showing temp on screen but stopped working. Reset done the job.
I have E1 flashing.turned-off the power to the fridge so no power or lights. Turned power back on and pressed on button, nothing. Pressed the cog button and E1 showed up. Pressed + and - and everything switched off.
Just bought aBrass Monkey 50l dual zone fridge/freezer - its connected to 2 x 120A batteries but it keeps cutting out shows F1 then we change it to Low mode it starts again and then cuts out again. I feel like it is something to do with power from the batteries but RTM advised it would be fine.
Does it run OK on 240v? If so the problem is almost certainly due to voltage drop in the cable from battery to fridge. Replace it with a heavier duty cable and you should be OK.

There is a h,m,l setting Set it to m or l and it will work

My brass monkey fridge freezer when on power works fantastic as soon as you put it on 12v it sends a code f1 saying battery to low put it isn't the battery is great when the fridge starts the battery reading goes from 12.7 to 11.3 and cuts of could someone know what is going on

GH1642 has been switched off for 4 months and now won't restart. Controls work and have reset through E1 reset process. Both zones at same temp [+1C] just will not cool.
Same. My fridge worked fine, been stored in the shed for a few months, now won’t restart - all displays seem fine, reset (E1) process done numerous times but temp not dropping according to app on phone. There’s a green flashing light coming from behind the battery compartment- any idea what this means? Is this a normal “run” light, I’ve never noticed it before.
Hi. I've just purchased this dual fridge freezer. I've removed the panel to just use it as a fridge and it's only cooling half the interior or not coming it at all. I've got it set on 4 degrees.
The only time the fridge kicks in is when I remove the cigarette lighter connection and push it back in. Its there another way to connect it? The lights on the display are working. But how do I tell that it is actually running at the temp I set?

My 115l fridge will run on 240v but not on 12v any ideas?
I have the same fridge and mine works fine on 240v then when i change it to 12v its work fine to it gets to temp then the compressor wont kick back in again antil i change it back to 240v
MY 115l duel zone fridge set both sides to freeze. Temps showing -15c but product inside is thawing. Fridge shows 12.4v incoming but I'm sure is not running?
Have a 36 L dual zone. I only ever use as a freezer. Works fine, but the temperature reading can vary from 0 to 40 which it is at the moment. Would prefer to have an accurate reading. Have tried changing the temp setting, nothing changes. Any ideas?
Have a 60l dual zone. The right ( freezer) displays the temperature but the left zone(fridge) only displays - - and no temperature when it used to. When you touch the - symbol it shows the temperature set and then goes back to - -. Why has this suddenly occurred. How do you fix it.

I held down the cog and the + symbol together at the same time for about five seconds and that fixed it
Legend- just tried that - perfect- thought I was done in and up for a new one

when I turn it on it lights up then immediately turns off
I have a 115L brass monkey fridge and one side only seems to come on . Other side of the screen were the temp Of fridge is just has a straight line .
Yes it can fred. Have been using it for camping and a beer fridge for 12 months . And can turn both individually to fridge or freezer
Has a seperate lid for each side it’s not combined
