I purchased a Breville BMO735 microwave oven last month and have a problem with the time dial. It jumps from under 2 minutes to some random higher number when I turn the dial. Am I doing something wrong or is it a fault and should I return it to the shop where I bought it?

When I put the microwave on child lock it beeps every few minutes, just one loud beep. Can this be fixed or do I just have to unlock it all the time?

This particular microwave does not grill but if you can wait another month a new model BMO700BSS will be available in-store and this model includes a grill
Hi guys! We brought our bee ill quick touch early last year and now the lcd screen has its background light but no information like time, power or mode so im using it blindly hoping I have it on the right setting!! How do I fix this issue or is it a fault??

Sounds like a fault, take back to place of purchase with reciet asap if possible,
Hi, we have a similar issue with our BM0734xl. After about a year, the display would go out intermittently. Sometimes unplugging the unit and plugging it back in would bring the display back. Sometimes the display would come back on its own after several days or even weeks. Now, the display has been out for several months, and the issue appears permanent. Like you, we are using microwave functions blindly--still works to heat our food. Were you able to repair your unit?
