I took them when ever I feel like, I took them empty stomach no problem at all, sometimes I could not sleep I took one in the bed, but I only take one tablet a day (24 hours), sometimes I don't take if I eat healthy food, I guess you can take time with food if you have sensitive stomach...I like this brand.

I am not sure if this is Gluten free, but I wanted to say how wonderful it has been for my hair and nails. My hair looks in really good condition and is shiny, but most of all, my nails are absolutely amazing, and have got stronger than I have ever known them since I have been taking Centrum Advance 50 plus. It is like magic, and it MUST be to do with the vitamin, as before my nails were breaking and brittle. There must be a vitamin in Centrum which is improving the hair and nails. Fantastic!!

Why is it if i take this kind of centrum i feel pain in my chest and i can't breathe well should i stop this or ask a doctor?
I recommend that you cease taking the tablets immediately, and consult a doctor and or chemist. You may be allergic to one of the ingredients.
Hi there, consult your doctor first to start taking any pill!!! . If you take it and feel pain in your chest then stop take it to see if the pain would go away, if not you have to see your doctor to find out the reason .
