I got EA2 error how can I fix it
It means the door is not closed properly or there is a problem with the door lock. Check the door, turn the machine off for a few minutes then turn back on. Make sure door is closed properly. Push hard until door clicks. If problem persists google the chiq service centre number & contact service.
Hello, I have a WDFL8T48B3 but the dryer function doesn’t work. Just makes a noise like a pump trying to work and the barrel doesn’t spin. No error codes though

Chiq 8kg washer dryer brand new makes constant loud gurgling noises from the drain pipe when in use ,is this normal ?
This happened to me John & I found the hose to be bent or kinked a bit at the back of the washer. I just pulled the machine out & smoothed the hose out & made sure it wasn’t bent & it fixed the problem
Afternoon John and Franchy, When there is limited water left in the drain system, the drain pump may encounter trapped air or gas bubbles. This can cause the gurgling sound you might hear, which is normal for a washing machine.
Hi I had a Chiq washer/dryer combo delivered and installed by appliances online last week. I've used it twice and the drainage noise is extremely loud, like really loud gurgling. It's not normal. Where do I look to fix this? Could it be the inlet valve? Or could the pipe be kinked somewhere?
It's ok, I fixed it. The installer pushed the machine too close to the hose. The hose was kinked a bit. All good now. I love this machine!
Can you place a dryer on top of it ( with the connector tray)

Thank you. Is there a reason for this? Have you tested the machine with a stacked dryer and found it becomes defective?? or have not tested it stacked and therefore can not make a claim that stacking can be done? This is an important difference.
Hi My washing machine not working as it still has the power and showing the all the timing and everything. But nothing triggering including spinning. I've seen a video for dryer and I think it will be great that the company could upload all the videos including how to reset the machine etc.

we had the front loader dryer combo model WDFL8T48W2 delivered yesterday after my old LG died. I have done 3 washes so far but the front door leaks at the end of the cycle. I am very disappointed! Have contacted your service via email but no reply as yet! Washing part is fine......just don't want the floor flooded every time!

I recently bought the zcHIQ Top Loader black Model WTL80W, and the other model written on the manual WTL79B. 8kg. My question is, I have to attach the cold hose to my bathroom sink tap. The tap doesn't have a screw on part at the end so I can screw on the washing machine hose. They are nearly the same size with the washing machine hose would I'm sure just screw onto the sink tap if tap was a screw on at the end. So, question is, is there a part that I can use to connect the 2. I don't have a laundry in my flat and last time we had to cut the washing machine hose and just attach it to a garden hose outside the windows and to the outside tap. Same for the outlet hose. Was a nightmare. I don't want to do this this time with my lovely new washing machine so any help would be appreciated. Bunnings say they can't help

Good morning Loweja, I followed up with Management from CHiQ who advised your laundry room would have the standard washing machine tap, if not you will need a plumper to install a correct one.
Thanks, I found under the bathroom sink the inlet hoses fitted the washing machine cold hose perfectly. Cant use the cold tap itself but didn't connect hot hose so can still use that. It's fine now problem solved even if I can't use cold tap. Now my washing machine isn't in the lounge. Regards Loweja
Morning Loweja, you can only connect the unit to the cold tap, otherwise the unit will not work.
I have the 8kg front load with incredibly good wash. However, it makes a loud vibrating noise, which moves and clears everything in its way. What is your advice?

Where is the dryer air outlet pointing? Does it come with attachments to direct hot wet air to outside through a wall?
Morning Jane, Thank you for your enquiry. WFL8TOL52W is a washing only model. Our WASHER & DRYER COMBO models are WDFL8T48W2 AND WDFL8T48B3: They are using CONDENSER DRYER technology , it doesn’t have any hot air coming out from the unit, the moisture will be changed into water and drained out.
