Getting the same 'electrode or cutting tip installation error' after a few minutes use on a brand new unit. Anyone had the problem rectified?
Hi. Ive had two of these machines in the past week. both after 30mins of first use have fault 'electrode or cutting tip installation error' has anyone had this fault and know how to fix it?
Hey. I have no dramas with mine at all be using it for 3 years mine is made in the USA don’t now if there still made there. mine is made by Thermo dynamics I run 3 filters to make sure I get no water in the plasma.
Hi Cassie. I just bought and used my machine and get the same error message. Did you get a response from CigWeld or get it fixed ?
nope took them both back for refunds and got a cheaper lesser spec brand and is working fault free. Cigweld werent interested in finding the cause
