Hello, no sorry, this item was discontinued a few years back and we no longer stock spare parts. There's another model available in Australia called the EasyCook Deluxe 727 which has the same bowl size (11L) available as a spare part. This would be suitable for the Flavorwave oven you have. The part is available on the following page: external link Hope this helps.

The circular element in my FlavorWave oven has fused. Where can I buy a new element? please.
Hello Kate Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but spare parts are not available, as far as I know. Even if you recycled an old Flavorwave for spare parts you would still need to find a technician to refit the parts. Your best option would be to buy a similar machine (new, with a manufacturer's warranty and after-sales service) - there are plenty available. Try Danoz or TVSN or even Harvey Norman.
i bought mine when they first came out and sadly it no longer works. it switches on and lets me set the temp but when i close the lid the element doesnt heat up. just blows cold air. is it stuffed.. should i chuck it out?
sounds to me like you are correct....you would need some spare parts and the manufacturers are no longer providing service for these ovens. There are other types available and they would be cheaper in the long run, instead of finding a technician even if you had the spare parts.
Where can I get a instruction manual and recipe book for the flavor wave turbo model no AX797DH? I hope you can help me please..
Your best option is to search the internet or the manufacturer's website. Sorry I don't have any other helpful suggestions.
The manufacturer is Thane International, don't go to Danoz as the product is no longer listed. I just typed "Flavorwave Recipe Book" into the search engine and it came up. You shouldn't have any trouble.
Is Flavorwave Mr T Turbo Oven still available?
Unfortunately not. A pity, it was such a great product.
