Can you do cappuccinos

DeLonghi
DeLonghi   DM

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to The De'Longhi Group on product review. On this model there is only two coffee functions which are Espresso and Long Black. If you were looking at doing a cappuccinos, you would pour the espresso shot and heat/foam your milk in the Aerocino milk system.

I have a Nesspresso Aeroccino frother. Unfortunately once started it doesn't stop and cut off when the milk is hot!! Any pointers to what needs to be done? Thank you in anticipation.

Not sure if your frother works same as mine. My frother heats milk then continues to froth up milk for a while before it stops. Make sure little removeable frothing ring in bottom is fitted and working properly.

Excessive amounts of Water keeps leaking into the pod tray. How can I stop this.

Always flush after use. Otherwise not sure why you are getting water leak. May be faulty. Mine does not leak.

I am not sure if this will work you could try taking out the centre spindle and removing the wire ring, try to see if that will work, the milk will still heat but hopefully without the froth. Let me know how you go with it.. Jill...

Hi I need both lids for this machine the milk lid and the water lid

JILLTEE
JILLTEE

Yes you can buy new lid for frother for, about $6 and a new tank for $7..Don't think they have a seperate lid for tank.Go into the Nespresso sight and check under accessories, the jug is currently out of stock. Myself I do not use the lid on my frother I think you get more air, and a better froth, my lid is currently in my kitchen drawer. I fill the frother so it compelely covers the whisk, works great with or wihtout a lid, every time for me. Also mentioned it to my friend who also now froths without the lid, try it, still works great., just do not overfill it....

My Citiz machine has suddenly started to send as much water and coffee into the used pod container as into the cup . Can you please advise what the problem is. This is the second Citiz that I have had , the first lasted many years and I have had this one about 2 years I think. Regards, Neal.

Nespresso delonghi coffee pod machine pours into the pod chamber and leaks underneath the unit. It has been descaled and still leaks

I have not used my Citiz for approx 6months, now after deciding to use it again it makes a quiet humming noise (not the usual loud running noise) and is not sucking up the water. I cannot dismantle, as the screws are round, to have a look and clean everything within. Please any help would be awesome as I'm ready to throw the thing.
