Purchased our machine in 2019. More recently it has struggled to suck up milk and when it does it spits it everywhere. Today the machine stopped sucking up milk completely. We have tried descaling and have soaked all removable parts in hot soapy water. Have even tried cleaning the inside of these removable parts with a needle. None of these actions have rectified the problem. We are at a loss. Can you please help?
I have just bought this EN560.S delonghi latissima for my son and I’m trying to program the cappuccino for my cup size why am I only getting the coffee setting when I try to set the milk setting Also the coffee cones out first , not the milk when I just press cappacino.
Hi Sue- if you purchased it brand new, give De Longhi a call- sorry I dont have the number but they run an incredibly supportive helpline for their purchasers , they will register your warranty and assist you anytime you have a problem. I recently had a warranty issue which they resolved over the phone. Their customer service back up is superb. Hopefully they can help you to get the best out of the product.
Every time I insert the milk unit all 6 light flask 3 time ms and then the unit shuts down. This error has to do with the milk system. I would love to know how to fix this myself?
My Lattissima Touch is burning the coffee. Is there any way I can stop this happening?
Hi Cheryl- call the DeLongi helpline on 1800 126 659 . I had an issue and they were incredibly helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue that I had. They seem to be pretty genuine in their desire to have you get the most out of your machine. Good luck, hope they can help.

I bought one of these today and it doesn't work. No water runs through the machine. I've definitely filled the water tank but when I press the buttons no water comes out. How do I fix this? Pretty disappointing for a brand new machine!
Take it back to where you bought it. Second opp tion, my wife phoned them and they paid for its return via the Post Office.
