MPN: AA2036What buttons do I have to push to get the headphones to charge on the digitech
Was wondering if these headphone worked on an iPad Air
These headphones do not operate using bluetooth and therefore will not work with an iPad. Instead, they use a 2.4GHz signal emitted from the charging station which is plugged into the back of the tv.
How do I pair these headphones to my phone via bluetooth?
The Digitech headphones subject to this review operate on a 2.4Ghz frequency and not bluetooth. They are intended for use with a tv and not a phone.
Should a light be on to indicate charging. When I plug it in the red light is only momentary so don't know what it is doing/ Any ideas? Lorraine
How do I connect these
Hi guys, can anybody tell me why my AA2123 Digitech earphones are telling me that I need an app to pair with the bluetooth?? I seems ridiculous and I can't find no app....Pls help
The Digitech wireless headphones subject to this review operate off 2.4Ghz and not bluetooth. No app required.
Both blue lights are on ,can't hear tv
Are you connected to the tv using the standard 3.5mm stereo audio or direct digital TOSLINK connection? I found that only the digital TOSLINK connection worked with my Samsung smart tv.
I have a pair of Digitech TWS Earphones with Bluetooth 5.0 technology my Question is can i connect to a tv that has blue tooth so that i can hear thru the Earphones as i am hard of hearing . BUT with others listening to tv as normal thru tv only
The Digitech wireless headphones subject to this review work off 2.4Ghz and not bluetooth. These 2.4GHz headphones allow others to listen normally when you use the headphones. I cannot advise on the bluetooth headphones.
How do I know when my digitech aa-2036 headphones are fully charged
The two lights on the front of the charger change from red and blue to both blue.

My headphones are only lasting 2 hours is that normal.? I thought it had a 10 hour window
Two hours is too short. I have had two sets operating for a number of years and they continue to last a night's tv viewing without running flat. You should check that they are sitting correctly on the charger because they can sometimes take a bit of jiggling.

Where can you purchase headset ear pads in Australia
I have spent quite some time trying to find a supplier of replacement ear pads for my Digitech AA2118 headphones. The headphones are still working quite well but the ear pads have deteriorated and disintegrating after two years of use. It seems a great pity to trash them just because I cannot find replacement pads. This is probably what the manufacturer is hoping for. Perhaps I can find compatible pads.
Has anyone else had the problem with these headphones only staying charged for about 3 hrs. They used to stay charged for as long as I needed now they don't. Is there anyway to fix this?
I have blue lights on my tower and a blue light on the headphones but cannot get any sound from the headphones
My Digitech earphones operate perfectly when watching free-to-air Tv but, most unusual, when I switch to pay tv they will continue to operate for a few minutes and then un-pair. Has any person out there encountered the same problem and has a solution.
Lol. I can now answer my own question. I called into Jaycar today and the salesman told me the only thing he could think of in answer to my question was to insure that the TV and the Paytv. app were both using the same audio PCM. My wife, who is the ‘Techie’ in our house, just switched on PCM and we are now hearing both perfectly. Ian E.
