When mobile phones first arrived, you could do the following, but I think the carriers have since removed the option. Give it a try. To set number of rings to 30 rings (Maximum): Telstra **61*101**30# then press call (or Send) button Optus: **61*321**30# then press call (or Send) button

Hi My grandads phone Doro phoneeasy 623 gives a message to says it is only 25% charged but when I go into status it says 100% charged. It’s been doing this for a long time now. How often should we be buying a new battery? He religiously charges it every night and relies on it like a Personal alarm system.
Well I have a Doro, I work off the lines at the top right, if it is only two lines I put it on charge, it works OK on three lines but sometimes it even gets up to 4 lines. See how you go with that, I have never needed a new battery. Yes use it as Alarm, also the time ' No worries ah !' 86 NOT OUT ! Yes just a few times it comes up ' 25%' but just put it on charge. The ' 25%' will not go till yer close the lid/flap.. Hope this helps your said johnny . I told the bloke at the shop' Not got a beat frequency isolator !' yes I taught signals in the Army ! Just go into Inbox and clear some of your old TXT msgs or go into SENT and clear some of your old SENTS. Hope this helps

wait till the person you are ringing answers then you will see an option on the top right of keypad press that and you will be on loud speaker

Mine is fine still charges 100% after 5 years ' No worries ah ' you might have a ' duf' battery said johnny . ( Think yours might be still under warranty )
My Mum's Doro 623 is full. I'm getting a message "USB not allowed" with a big X when I try to access the photos she has taken to remove them from the phone to store elsewhere. The phone seems so be jammed full (literally) and wont operate properly for her. Can anyone please give me a tip on how to empty the larger data/image and video files? She has a no internet access plan. Absolutely any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance
Yep I get it fer EMAILS so delete the oldest, ' sent' and ' INBOX ' then , ' No worries ' try that and see how yer go, I am in OZ so hope yer understand the lingo MATE ? Yer have to read them first, then delete or I would just take it to OPTUS and ask um to fix it !

I got mine from OPTUS Glen Waverley/ THE GLEN but that was a couple of years ago, I think you need to ask OPTUS as it operates on their 3G network said johnny ( Hope this helps )

I enquired about buying a replacement battery for my Doro phone and I was told to go to Battery World. I was told to try taking the battery out of the phone and leave it out for five minutes and then put it back. It seems to be working again for the present but if I need a replacement battery I will certainly try Battery World.
