How do i reduce the noise of a dynabreeze industrial fan 750?

To make the oscillation static, you must unscrew the big fat oscillation mechanism bolt, but it is too hard to unscrew.

Hi does anyone know how to stop the fan from rotating and keep it to one position only?

I also wanted my fan to stop oscillating. This model does no have a oscillating on/off switch. I was forced to disconnect the mechanical oscillating lever to keep the fan in a fixed position.
