The flashing green light will not turn white even after pressing the power button for 5 seconds
We have owned a Dyson tower fan for a few years. The base white plastic has turned a dark yellow. Almost Gold. For a premium product you would not expect this sort of discolouring. Can the base be replaced?

My AM07 will not stop oscillating. Can this be fixed
Under normal use, the oscillation should be easily turned off by pressing the oscillation button on the remote, or turning the machine off and back on. I have just bought a fan and set it up. The remote does not sit on it as the directions say. I’m a bit confused

Will my Dyson Fan from Australia work in the USA?
Apologies for any disappointment, however Dyson Cool AM07 fans sold in the Australia are designed to work on the Austrlian power supply with a voltage of 240V. If used on a 120V power supply, your machine won't work as intended and we can't recommend the use of adaptors or converters.

Has anyone had a white fan for over a year or two and can tell me if the plastic has gone slightly yellow or hard to keep looking clean? My partner told me to get a black one due to this, but I prefer white.
As long as your machine isn't stored in direct sunlight, we wouldn't anticipate any yellowing of a Dyson machine. For cleaning, we would recommend routinely wiping the machine with a soft dry cloth. When done routinely, this will help avoid any discolouration.

What is the difference between AM07 WS and AM07 WHT? I am confuse trying to buy online.

What is the difference between the AM07 and the AM08 besides the shape? Does the AM07 ossilate around the room or is it just static?
Hi Rox, Thanks for your question. The AM07 and AM08 both provide the oscillation function as well as remaining stationary. The AM08 shape design allows it a total airflow of 600 litres/sec with an input power of 60watts, whilst the AM07 has a power input of 56 watts and a total airflow of 500 litres/sec. The AM07 is slightly quieter with a maximum power sound of 64dBa, whereas the AM08 has maximum power sound level is 67dBa as a result of being the more powerful unit of the two.
