Hi help , have tried everything, caravan won’t work on the 12 v elddis affinity 554 Battery / fuses , converter , works on 240 hook up but not off grid No water no lights no heating Any other suggestions please

Using our Elldiss afinity 574 (2017) for the first time. Everything but the water pump is working. The little switch by the door isn't lighting up when switched on. Checked the fuse ok, water butt full and reseated the pump several times but still nothing can anyone help please?

My 12v tv sockets seem to have blown. Replaced the 10amp fuse with one from another circuit. Still didn't work. The fuse for the 12v (accessories???) Appears.slightly different from the other 10amp fuses. Does anyone know anything about this. (A 12v hairdryer appears to have been the culprit. Everything else electrical is fine)

Our stick aerial has broken off, can we get a replacement?

Hi 2nd time away in elddis affinity 550 got to site no fridge or alde panel illumination. Checked fuses and trips seem OK. Someone mentioned electronics fuse but can't find it

My electric keeps dropping and my battery is over heating . Is there a way to knock off the battery if I'm on site static for the season?

Hi. I've just purchased a 2015 Elddis Affinity 550. I have an early Prado and would like to know were I can have wiring done for the van and particularly the stabiliser brake on the draw bar. Currently have a 7 pin plug on Prado Murray

heating will only work on gas won’t work on electric. Any ideas?

I have an 2023 affinity 554 and when I turn the pump on for the water the pump keeps kicking in and out but there's no leaks anyone else had this problem or is it normal it drives me mad as we are living in it.

Hi there, The water pump light in our Affinity 554 ( 2015 model ) does not illuminate when any tap is turned on. Water flow from taps/shower is fine, just no indication on panel that the pump is running.????

When I run the kitchen sink nothing comes out the pump runs and then water runs out underneath the bathroom sink cabinet any ideas it's an affinity 554? 2022 Thanks in advance

Hi I'm currently having trouble with having no power on my TV everything else in my eldiss 554 seems to work any ideas what it could be please as I tried it on my fag lighter in the bus and power comes on fine?

How do I change from 12v to 240v so as I can use my sockets off the leisure battery?

Trying to find a wiring diagram for Australian Standard 2015 Elddis Xplore for towbar installer to match electrics. Uk use a 13 pin round where Australia uses 12 pin flat. Particularly interested in bottom row which are van specific ( leisure battery, fridge, other) the top six are standard road lights. Any options or contacts.? There is no Elddis rep in Australia currently Thanks

Hi there , WE have an Elddis 574 affinity 2013 model . Inside the cupboard is the Expansion tank which holds the water and Glycol concentrate . on top of this small plastic tank is a 12V circulation suction pump. The other day some coat hangers fell on top of the suction pump and it started bussing. WE are not sure what that now means as we have never heard it bussing before .If we lower the set temperature it stops. Does anybody know anything about this circulation pump. When should it be bussing at higher heat requirements, or is it gone bust . Confused Cheers Des
