Freezer working. Top fridge is not, no ice maker. Lights on so power to unit. Display panel is flashing. Will change but goes back to flashing. Have turned power off/ back on - to no avail. Issue came to notice with door alarm beeping while door was shut. So freezer but no fridge; power to the unit; function display panel is flashing - will change values but no effect. ??? Unit is 8yo

After six years my freezer door handle has just snapped off. Can I buy a replace to push back on or does the front have to come off to install a new Freezer handle?

why would my fridge now start freezing all the food???? We turned off the fridge freezer and turned it back on. freezer is working fine and the fridge is still making ice, however the fridge is set to 7oC and its still freezing food and now the water dispenser is not working.

The water dispenser on my fridge is not providing any water when pressed and I have changed the filter but made no difference. If not the filteris it likely then to be the Inlet Valve Solenoid? I can feel water around the dispensing outlet but no water comes out of it when you press the dispensing lever.I live in small country town no fridge mechanic.Thank you.

Freezer has stopped working alarm keeps going off is there anything to check before I have to throw money away please

I have had the fridge, model EHE5167SB for about 4 Years now. The LED light failed after 2 years (I would like to replace, please advice how) and the freezer consistently has a piece of ice tumble out of the tray which gets stuck in the rear of the freezer, meaning the drawer won’t close fully and the freezer door remains ajar just far enough that you don’t notice, but everything ices up. I was disappointed that the fridge doors don’t open or close smoothly like other brands, I wouldn’t have bought this fridge for that reason if I had known.

The fridge is the heart of our kitchen, it gets used all day every day unlike some other appliances, it looked great in the showroom but I wouldn’t recommend living with it.

Water filter replaced how to reset on side panel....do I have to press certain buttons for so many seconds

Hi, we have just order and received a water filter for our fridge. I have install the new filter in the fridge, but no water is being dispensed nor ice being made. I have followed the instructions in the manual. I have removed the new filter and can see water is entering the filter. Is there a process that I’m missing to get the water dispenser working.
