I went to use my Ergorapido and it won’t work It’s fully charged but as soon as it starts it stops, with the stick and also without I bought it last year....just after Mother’s Day (2019) I clean it regularly so it’s not full of dust and rubbish
Get your warranty book out and call the number in that.

Is the detachable handheld unit of this vacuum suitable for cleaning carpeted stairs and is their a n attachment for this ?
Is the handheld detachable bit suitable for doing carpeted stairs ?
We have been donated one of these at our Vinnies store in Ocean Grove. We have cleaned it and think we are charging it correctly nevertheless it loses its suction capacity within a few minutes despite an overnight charge. Our volunteers are often older men and women and our store is factory size in an industrial estate so it is a shared task. We have also been donated a barrel vac and carpet sweepers too however all are past their best. I would like to get this Ergorapido up to its best or perhaps you would like to donate us a new one although that is a big ask.
Hey Jude... Perhaps if you went to Electrolux direct they may donate one... seems you have a big area, and need an industrial vac.. see also if Bunnings will donate a vac.. good luck.
Hey thanks ....... ideas are good. I am a now woman therefore it is off to Godfreys to discuss it all with a real person.
Hi. Can you wash the filter? or you need to replace it?
Hi, I wash the filter after about every second clean, just use warm water. make sure you dry it properly before using again.
Can this vacuum be left connected to the charger between uses?
I do, and have no problem. Using mine now for over a year , still brilliant suction.
Hi Trish, I keep mine on charge all the time, I think they recommend to do that anyway.
trying to work out how the part with the motor fits into the charger. its probably obvious to most. cant find a picture showing how it fits in, any help?
thanks
