Electrolux EWF14023 Questions & Answers

Hi, my EWF14023 also just pauses but no error message displays. As previously told byElectrolux I have turned the tap on and off and have turned if off at the mains. I had a repairman come out and he replaced the solinoid as he thought it just wasn't registering that the machine had filled. It works fine if there is no clothes in the machine lol but just keeps stalling with clothes in it during the fill stage??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Cheers Debbie

My machine has continued to get worse. It takes a lot of strength to open the door - often a problem if my husband isn't home. Sometimes doesn't spin properly. I thought I would get used to it, however it is just a bad machine. If you can get a refund, I suggest you take it and find a better machine.

My EWF14023 which is currently running its 5th or 6th cycle in its week old life is washing beautifully however the display panel is turning itself on and off during cycles. The wash cycle itself does not stop it is just the control panel! I have a video of what is happening if you would like me to send it through to someone. Thank you, Alicia
