Ultraone canister vacuum. I opened the dust compartment cover to change the s bag and the cover is stuck open at a 45 degrees. Feels like it will break to force it to close.
Power on, gren light at handle, can change power settings from handle1-5 and to auto, from power button switch from auto to 0, same on machine changed filters, no obstructions, but it wont start. As soon as plugged in it cycles sbag and folter, both go off. But at this stage have presses power switch on machine or handle, just does it the moment you plug in
UltraOne won’t turn on. If it does red “filter” and “Sbag” lights come on for one second, no other lights, then nothing. Have changed all filters and bag and still exactly the same. Thanks
I haven't had this problem but mine is remote control from hand unit. The vacuum wouldn't come on at all at one stage, so I removed the hose and cleaned up the male pins where the hose connects to the main body. This solved the problem.

Should the filter light stay on and be red and should the metal prongs on the lead be to hot to touch
Red flasing light on the handle console and the cleaner keeps turning off
Machine keeps stopping, although motor runs alright when going.
My guess is that the filter needs cleaning. My vacuum has stopped on 2 occasions and once I cleaned/ replaced the filter it was fine. You could also try replacing the bag too, if it is full.

where can i get the motherboard for Electrolux Ultraone vaccum cleaner.Gave for repairs the company cannot find the parts.
Hi our power on turns on and runs for a few seconds then turn off, I have to unplug the vacuum to reset it.
I've cleaned all the filter, I checked the pcb on top of the unit which has two pressure switches on the board, I've tested the pressure switches and they work ok, so I'm now running out of ideas, could it be there's a thermal cut out if so where is it located ??
Hi there, check the power plug these units because of there weight tend to bend the plugs when in the socket, when you straighten them it should stop the problem.
If not could be back to the store that you purchased it from.

Hi Dave, Sometime it's not enough with just cleaning the filter. Quick way to diagnose if it is clogged filter or faulty power button, is to test one by one. First, bring it outside of room (open space), remove the HEPA filter & hose, and power it up. If it runs well, then problem is a clogged HEPA filter. Just change with a new HEPA filter (the blue&white one, not the foam filter).
If the problem persists even without HEPA filter, then it's a more serious issue; a faulty power switch.
About cord length.
Does it really measured 12 metres in its cord length? My Ultraflex says '12m EXTRA LONG REACH' everywhere, but the cord is only 8 metres long, shorter than the cord on my 10yo Miele.
if there's cord is shorter than 12m on Ultraone, somebody has to, first make a correction on this page for product details, second, it's interesting to see the deviation is hugely misleading in broader term.

You have to press hard on the black part and kind of lift. Hard to explain!
Why does this vacuum cleaner NOT come with a small nozzle with a brush end? So handy to get in small spaces and behind beds etc. Disappointing given it's higher price than other models.
Hi Wendy it does:) its in the second part you can open on the vaccum its called a 3-1 tool it says it one the part that opens above the one you open on your bag compartment. It folds from a crevice to a brush,etc.

Handle crack, how to replace it? For the time, I am using super glue to repair it.
I found that duct tape worked best but I have since purchased a similar model vaccum that was on special. I kept the hose and sold the body and power head as it was cheaper than buying a replacement hose as a spare part.
If it's the plastic handle, just use a few tie wraps.
cant close the lid where the 3n1 brush is don't want to force it encase it breaks
