Electrolux why on earth did you design a Turbo head for this vacuum cleaner that get’s clogged with hair and fluff and you can’t open it, take the brush out and adequately clean it! Even more so when you consider it is supposed to be good for people with pets! How can you not review your design efforts and point out the obvious faults before producing something? It has taken me years to finally concede it’s not me who hasn’t found a way to unscrew this Turbo head for cleaning but it actually doesn’t come apart! My manual that came with the Ultraflex did not show or instruct on the exact Turbo head that came with it. I just now found a manual that has a picture of it that clarifies there is no way to pull it apart for cleaning. What a fail! It takes ages to try and clean the damn thing and get the rubbish out of the rotating brushes with never a satisfactory result. Is there another Turbo head of better design that I can replace this part with?

Do I replace sponge filter on back of vac with white side out or in vac

the foot switch to swap between hard floor and rug isn't working. It keeps springing back to rug. Can I take the head apart?

My Electrolux ZUF4301OR Stopped working , i'm asssuming due to overheating. I let it cool down and unblocked the filters. It won't start. Will it start again or is it dead ?

Can the handle on top be rotated up so as to pick it up. This handle sits down on the plastic cylinder and is very useless otherwise. Thank you.

I have an Ultraflex, and when we bring the power level up to 4 or 5 with the power brush head on the power brush head pulses a few times and then the whole machine shuts off. It sounds as though it is not getting enough power to run the vac at full power with the power brush head running at the same time.

We have the Electrolux Ultraflex. The roller brush in the power head does not turn. the brush is on the "on" position, the roller removed and completely cleaned and all filters cleaned on a regular basis. what's left to do? thanks

Hi guys, I bought my Electrolux ultraflex Animal January 2019, it has been working well until today when it has completely lost suction. I can say it has stopped working. bearing in mind that the filters are cleansed, however I never changed any of them so far. I am very frustrated as I was promised it will last longer. what should i do. it is still in the Warranty.
