Absolutely, it is thick and white and she only needs a tiny amount. I used it at night. I still use it now for breakouts and I'm nearly 40!

I can't see why not! It doesn't contain harsh ingredients. Maybe go in to an ella bache salon and ask for a sample first, if you're concerned about a reaction. I think it would be fine though
