Am I able to purchase a replacement door seal for my Esatto EFLW9 Front Load Washing Machine 9kg?

My Esatto 6kg intermittently will not spin the water out? This has happened on the 15 min/45 min and the spin only. Is there a minimum load that needs to trigger the spin? With 1 Towel or a light load everything comes out still saturated. This has also happened with a full load of light sheets?

Where is the filter on the Esatto EFLW6 Front Loading machine? It is not explained very well in the manual. Wherever the filter is, it is not easily accessible. Thanks.

How to unlock the door when it won’t unlock after the wash is completed? I have tired to re run the wash several times. I have also turned of left to drain and the door is still locked.

My Essatto ETL 95.1 isn't spinning like it used to. The drain hose is flowing ok but heavier items come out wet.

My EFLW6 front loader wont fill up with water or let water in and makes a humming noise, I have checked the hose and valve

My Essay to front loader won't drain. It fills up and spins then when it's time to drain it won't do it. I have emptied the bottom valve and released water and cleaned valve. This has not fixed the problem

No matter what speed setting I put it on, the spin cycle is SUPER slow. Just tumbles really. Items come out completely soaked. How to fix?

Hi , we are trying to do a cold wash that’s quicker than 2 .20 . How do we do this please ?

My machine will not spin dry towels, sheets, heavy clothing etc.not at all it just tumbles them around at a slow rotation.

Hi there I have just received my Esatto ETLW70B and the drainage hose it on the right.. my tub is on the left of the machine and the hose too short to reach. Can it be change to the other side?

Hi, re the cotton 60 degree cycle it states on the screen that it will take 4 hours 41 mins which is different to what the manual states (and is far too long). I can see that a prior user has flagged this issue but can't see what the fix was. Question - I've started the cycle - is there any way that I can cancel it mid flow and then start again choosing a different cycle?

I have just purchased an Esatto EFLW6 washing machine and the new rental I am moving into only has a cold infill. Can I use the Esatto with just cold water infill? Do I literally just connect up the cold tap leave the insert on the washing where the hot infill should go?

My machine stopped mid cycle and now won’t even turn on. I have tried unplugging it and Turing back on. But it won’t turn on. I cleaned out the filter and still won’t turn back on. The machine is full of water but I have removed all clothing. It just won’t turn on. Any suggestions?

Stopped spinning at normal speed(s). Just does slow spin around 100-200rpm at any spin setting. Washing saturated.

Hi, my top loader washing machine fills up fine but the bottom of the inside turns around and has a weird noise, once ready to washing nothing happens and also has a burning smell, what could be wrong?
