Depends what is in the tablets. I found the tablets totally useless for uti. My water fairly clears if I drink 2 glasses orange juice with pulp each day, plus 2 vit C 500mg, plus a multi vit & min tablet. Also think dandelion root tea & green tea helped me. You have to combine it all together, but it may not help with all the types of bacteria that can cause uti. Also, the bacteria form biofilms, meaning they can be harbouring semi dormant burrowed into lining of your bladder under a protective shield that can even resist antibiotics. With stress or poor routine they can break out again and cloudy urine reappears, due to millions of them multiplying in ideal warm urine stored in your bladder.

from my experience the tablets are useless.

It’s works for me too, and I’m here trying to find out how long can I take it. Took 5 tablets twice a day, now down to 4 once a day. Can I go on this for a few months

Hi Kirralee - I can't answer your question, but the ingredients listed in this product are Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs: Cherokee Rose 1.5g; China Root 1.2g; Japanese Climbing Fern 822mg. You might like to check with your naturopath for confirmation. Good luck!

Sorry Kate I’m a man who found it useful for a time. I’d suggest you ask your chemist shop, mine has a great naturopathic on staff at Discount Drug Stores Albany most helpful- perhaps a Doctor & tests would help.

Thank you for your question Kate. I am sorry to hear that your daughter is experiencing recurrent infections. I can confirm that yes, you can use Ethical Nutrients Urinary Tract Support to assist in the relief of her symptoms acutely and prevent re-infections, longer term.

Acutely we would recommend that she take 3 tablets twice a day, with food. The tablets are small, however, if she cannot swallow them you can crush them up and add them to a small amount of honey and she can take the mixture off the spoon. Alternatively you can add to some juice [the herbs will suspend not dissolve].

To help prevent further infections, we would recommend the ongoing dose of 1 to 1 and a half tablets per day – taken as above.

In addition, to support the preventative effects of Urinary Tract Support I would also highly recommend the use of Inner Health Candex SD. This is a specific probiotic formulation to prevent the adherence of bad bacteria and help her immune system. Supporting long term prevention and urinary tract health.

Well it worked well, but I gradually weaned off it completely. It was a great help in the beginning, but then eased off in effectiveness after a few months

Yes the dose is typically higher for this particular product, as it is based off of a traditional Chinese medicine herbal combination. Therefore the acute dose if 3 tablets 4 times per day. Hi Ethical Nutrients Official, according to the ethical nutrient website acute treatment should be 5 tablets 4x a day! and for maintenance should be 3 tablets 4x a day which is still high for a maintenance dose. What you are posting with the dose is very conflicting and makes confusion.
