Fenici 125cm Misting Tower Fan FFTFC50DE Questions & Answers
My fan suddenly started flicking through modes on its own this morning. Remote lost in garage, so that’s not the issue. As it’s flicking through, it’s also making the power button not work 100%. Can’t use it while it’s doing this. Any ideas how to easily fix? (No water involved as I never use misting, so no water in there)

Red triangle means the water bottle is empty.
My fan has stopped misting. Everything checks out on it. The tank is full the lights are on but it’s not misting. Any suggestions?
where van I get a replacement water tank cap? The one supplied with the unit cracked and broke, unit is just over 12 months old
Good luck I have tried everywhere and even sent a request for info to a ebay seller with no results. Cabnt find the manufacturer website either.

Can not locate water tank
The water tank is at the rear base of the unit. There is a water level window on the tank and above that is the push lever to release the tank from the main unit.
Mine keeps showing its out of water when it has just been filled
My mister works for a few minutes then has the little red alarm symbol. If I take out the water jug, then put it back in the mister starts again. I’m thinking it is some kind of an air lock or something . Haven’t figured it out yet.
Make sure the tank is clipped in properly. Failing that, remove the tank and see if water flows out when the white check valve is pressed.
How do you engage the misting programme?
On the remote, press the bottom 3rd left button once and a 3 green droplet symbol will appear on the led display. Pressing again will turn the symbol yellow which reduces the mist level to half. Pressing again will turn the mister off. The far left button on the unit also does the same function. If there is only a flashing red triangle symbol, it means the water tank is empty and mister will shut off.
does anyone know where you can get spare parts from for this fan? the cap for the mist bottle has broken and i need to get a replacement
There should be a sticker at the base of the unit for a customer support number when parts (if available) are required.
I tried the support number just went to message bank and never got a reply

The temperature is how hot and how cool it is in your house so u can turn it down. Then u push were it say speeds and that is too make it low medium high.
The temperature display is ambient temp of the room. No setting to alter it.
Do you shut the room up or leave a window open?
You can close windows all have it open depends how hot it is for more brezze
How do I get it to mist? I have water in it and it is leaking at the base. Is there anyway I can fix it?
I have a 125 tower Felicia fan.
The instructions state “make sure the overflow plug is securely closed to avoid leakage”.
How do I accomplish that? There is no visible tap. Or plug.

The temperature u can, t change that is too say how hot all cool it is. Then u have 3 speeds u push were speeds are for low medium high
What is the difference between the 2 misting modes? (green icon and orange icon)
Green is full intensity of the mist output. Yellow is half intensity.
