My cooktop is completely new , model CG603DNGGB4 It had three gas burners and it looks great . The two smaller pan supports have rubber protective stoppers on the part that comes in contact with the glass cooktop , the larger pan support which can be added too to use it with a wok does not have the protective rubber stoppers it only had brass screws which come in contact with the glass cooktop , I am afraid the screws will scratch my glass top even if I am extremely careful . Why are there no rubber stoppers on the third and largest pan support , can you help me ? Regards A D .
I have the same problem. I sent off for another part as i thought mine had come without the stoppers by mistake but it has just arrived and it's the same. I can't understand why there is nothing covering the screws especially when it cost as much as it did!
What should I use to clean the cook top, there seems to be residue that I can get off with soap and water? I have tried a degreaser too but nothing seems to be helping.
it's thesame with mine:( there are some stains around near the ring where the fire is coming out and i can't seem to get it out :( tried different kinds of brands of degreaser but stipl thesame :(
