Mine stopped working after a couple of uses. So I can't say.

I live in Canada and love the way this product cooks but, I used it a few times and then it didn’t work. I emailed the company where it was made and was told there were no repair services here and there were no parts available. I was very frustrated as it was not an inexpensive appliance. I tried again and found that if I pushed the switch in the hinge manually it worked so now I use it with a folded piece of foil wedged under the switch. Hope this helps.

It is meant to be used for dough - think of this as a ‘proving’ function - yeast activates under a certain temperature - too hot and it kills the yeast - also use for yoghurt with same principle.

If you contact fryair they will likely send you a new one for a really reasonable price

If you go to their website showtv.com.au they sell the accessories... very reasonable

I think you should contact whoever sold it to you.

I would contact the people I bought it from. They should know who does repairs.

i cook at 160 deg - 170 deg also takes little longer keep testing as you go

Thank you Wazza I will try at cook it at a lower temperature next time . I had a feeling the temperature might be wrong
